The villa was super cool. Very kind and helpful staff. Everything was great. It was our honeymoon and they decorated the room and the bathtub. Definitely recommended.

The pool was the only good thing in the Villa.
I can write a book on how much I’m disappointed.
The bathroom is open-air from both sides, I saw a cockroach in the shower, the toilet seat had a lot of red huge ants on it, probably because they never clean it properly.
The cleanliness is very poor, I threw a towel on the floor see they know that it’s dirty, instead they just folded it and put it on the couch and didn’t change it.
The food is really really bad, it’s below average. I had to force feed myself because I had breakfast included. The dishes are very old and scratched. I had egg Benedict, it smelled bad and there was a small piece of noodle in the same dish as well!!
The staff are very annoying and not professional, they open the door of the villa directly after knocking on the door, never wait for you to answer. No respect to the customer’s privacy.
The villa is very old, most of the walls have cracks and need to be painted. The closet door doesn’t close properly. The pool and shower wood is very old and not in good and safe condition.
I contacted them to wash and iron some of my clothes, they returned them damaged, and their excuse was “It’s an outside laundry and we don’t take responsibility!!” I wasn’t told at the beginning that they would give my expensive clothes to an outside laundry!! They didn’t pay for the damages.
The worst experience in my life, I will never live in this place again even if it’s for free.

The pool was nice. Staffs were very polite as well. Location was pretty good too.
-The villa is a bit old.
-There are no AC on the living room at all. ACs are only on the bedrooms.
-Third bedroom is located on the lower floor, I thought this villa is one floor.
-There was a stray cat entered the villa on one of the mornings and ate our snacks.
-They didn't provide any toothbrush, comb, cotton buds, etc. I didn't ask because we brought extra from our previous hotel.

The Villa was so big, and felt like home, the staff was so friendly, the foods was so good. The Pool was clean and big (and deep) enough for a family of 4.
The pool need repair, maybe the light, and the bathroom need more attention, some of the wood need to be replace (ex: bathroom)

Bluetooth audio system around the property and the pool was clean.
We stayed at room number 2A, here is things i found very disappointing about this property. Not worth the price and would not return.
Property:
-The room was not maintained properly, there were stains on the couches, the bed and the wall was also dirty.
-The breakfast utensils was dirty like they weren't even washed.
-The TV was very small just like a budget hotel, very below standards for the price.
-Air conditioning only inside the room, so it’s hot in the living room areas and bathroom, it would be nice if they could put a ceiling fan or some sort.
Service:
-The staff keeps on knocking our door asking for cleaning, next time just put a note in the room so if we want a make up room we could just call.
-I just got back from having dinner and park the car near the hotel front desk, it was raining and the security guards just stayed there without even offering umbrellas.

The location
Where do I start ? The villa is so smelly , lack of staff, They dont have anyone in the villa From 7 PM - 8 PM, a lot of Mosquitos in the villa, They have a kitchen but dont provide frying pan / pan (we have to order before out Arrival) , the villa is also not child friendly coz it has a lot of steps with no handle. And the aircon in the master bedroom is right in front of the bed and it’s making us having headache. We called for bellboy and didn’t come at all. So disappointed with this villa. I booked for 3 nights but we check out the next morning.
