location across from the beach
maintenance need, problems
with several sliding doors, running toilet, fans not working properly.

Unit was very clean and location was amazing.
Good pools and Surf Club next door for a meal and drinks.
Good communication with reception as had to change dates due to the recent flooding and road closures.
Wifi was the best.
As unit 3 has an above room first night all I heard was running foot steps and doors closing.
Only 3 little packets of sugar supplied.
Blown globe in living room so light was a bit dull.
BBQ was faulty as the main burner was on even though the knob was turned off. Lite it and nearly blew my head off.
BBQ needs replacing.

No aircon in the living area and aircon in the master bedroom was stuck in 27. Was very very hot. We couldn’t use the living area as it was unbearably warm

Location was great, close to the beach. The room was clean & tidy.
When you stay in the bottom apartment Unit 3 you hear everyone walking around in the upstairs apartment Unit 4 it is VERY loud and it can be very noisy if people are entertaining in the BBQ/Pool area.

Great location, comfortable beds and well started caked kitchen
Lots of the fan controllers didn’t work properly. Shower drains clogged so showers didn’t drain.

Location and facilities
The washing machine would not drain. The people before us washed sandy clothes without rinsing sand off so the pump fouled up.
The single beds in the 2nd room were very squeaky.

Instead of answering my specific request for late check out they resent a blanket policy statement. When I called to inquire I was told everything was in the email.
The pool was full of leaves. Even if it had been clean it was univiting.

Good size, laundry, good size fridge, location to beach, quiet. Lovely views to Dunk Island. Cafe close (at caravan park) and Thai Restaurant close. I liked the TV and A/C controls ‘bagged’ for reduce risk of spreading disease.
Requires fly screen gauze fixed on sliding door facing the road and bedroom sliding glass door requires new rollers (could not open from the inside). It would be great to have the bathroom light and fan switch separate as the fan is rather noisy when someone is sleeping in the adjacent bedroom.
