far from tourist area. and no reception to help with any issues. Wi-Fi signal was so weak

Staff not welcoming and not helpful. - They really give the minimum required. Don't count on them for any help.
Very old furniture and Kitchen tools + not very clean.

The host asked us to give him the copy of my passeport and that of my husband.
No mention on the booking.com site that this hotel didn' t have lift for our heavy luggage.
No wifi in a hotel in 2020 is just unthinkable.

It is an inexpensive apartment, however the basics like a working shower, windows & curtains that close is important. The manager & staff are great. The manager even ordered & delivered food for us. However this doesn't make up for what the property lacks. Photos are deceptive!
