The staff in the hotel do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Not everyone speaks English, but the entire staff does everything they can to make every guest feel welcomed.

Staff were rude, I get it I don't speak Spanish but when I tried to they muttered under their breath to one another and was mocking too. Food during breakfast was limited, bland and warm.

Great quiet place for a restful getaway. Near Usaquen Park and many restaurants. We got a room with jacuzzi that was spacious and comfty. Reception service was great, Pilar & Camilo were super nice with us and promptly serviced all requests we had. Everything is very ecofriendly, and breakfast is pretty good. Definitely would stay there again.
Setup of the room could be better. For 2 guests, there was only one of many things, like one tea, one coffee pack, no body soap, one small roll of toilet paper for 2 nights... no big deal since all of those we requested and were promptly taken to our room, and I guess maybe it was part of the eco-friendly initiative, but at least one item per guest/night would be nice.

The restaurant staff every morning were wonderful and helpful.
The room we picked was big and decent.
No air conditioning, and it got really hot and humid in the room.( We asked for a fan, but they never provided us with a fan)
We had to change room twice because. First the sink pipes were leaking all over the place, second our toilet got clugged and created a flood in the room, our shoes were soaked in water as well as some of our items. (It was around midnight, so it was not fun to move rooms)
The night before we checked out we went to the front desk to pay our bills because we had to check out very early the next day to catch our flight, and so when we're dropping off the keys the next morning, the receptionist said we had to pay an extra night. Which created confusion, and our taxi was waiting. Maybe not enough communication between reception staff.

We liked the room and really enjoyed the jaccuzi. And the room had a very comfortable bed. The service from employees was excellent. They vere always with a smile. We would recommend this place to others.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing - first day they had no jam for the toast, the next day they had no butter. I am used to being oofered bacon with my eggs, so that was also a bit of a letdown for me personally.

Very modern, super clean hotel. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Breakfast in the morning was delicious - there was a buffet, and they came to your table to ask if you'd like eggs, and how you'd like them cooked. The hotel is in a quiet area in Bogota.
