In general, the hotel was nice and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast very complete. The area is nice and is easy to access from the train station. The shower was particularly nice.

The room was a bit noisy due to the trains passing by just outside the window. I booked the hotel because Booking said that they had a fitness facility. However, as I got to the hotel, I had to pay extra, as fitness was part of another business next door. That was not stated by Booking (that there was an extra fee to use it)

The air conditioning was missing in my room, I expect air conditioning in all rooms in a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast is perfect and the staff is kind and helpful. The service of bike sharing is for free and useful.

The hotel provides free parking in front of the building. If there are no spots anymore, you need to use the chargeable parking house.

The "city room" is facing a 8-rail railway station. Very loud. I only recommend to book a room on the other side. But they let us change the room for free, which was nice. Quite old furniture and interior. If you want to use the wellness / fitness facilites you need to go out of the hotel. There are placed in an external fitness center.

The guy on the breakfast was very service oriented and careful for our comfort and need. The hotel is well located for railway travelers.

-Lack of exact indication on how to walk from railway to hotel as it is not always easy and we don't always have internet if we are international travelers. -No all the personnel has the same level of customer well being -In the morning at 10,30 AM i called asking for a power adapter for my laptop, and the only brutal answer i got literally with no other wording or not even trying to answer my question: "Mister checkout was at 10 AM" If i was the hostess I would have answered: -"Yes sure sir, we have that, and sir since checkout is normally at 10 AM, I need to ask you what time you are expecting to checkout so we can find a solution?" Maybe it was a non-comfort in expression with the English language, or I don't know. But this was strange, knowing that the hotel was basically empty. -Knowing that the hotel was basically empty, I was given a room that is directly on the railway on the first floor, I am sure I could have been given a quieter room on the other side or at least at a higher floor knowing that the hotel was empty -The door of the my room (109) kept doing strange clic-clic noise from time to time whenever a change of pressure happened -The shower lacked terribly of water pressure and shower head was almost impossible to fix in a straight vertical manner -I am sure that all above critics can be enhanced quickly because the hotel has a great potential and most of the personnel displayed kind manners
