A quiet lovely oasis in the city. It was clean, comfortable bed and lovely pool side rooms with outdoor shower.
The rooms should be stocked with glasses for water or drinks, facecloths and a little fridge would be nice.

Modern design and the near to the gran plaza and cafes and restaurant.
On arrival looks like the hotel is closed. Complicated front door system to get in the hotel.
No explanation from the staff regarding breakfast, how it works or wifi... Breakfast was very simple. On the 2nd day I decided to take my breakfast on other place.

It’s a classic boutique hotel. Super charming and beautiful place. Rooms are nice. We had an outside shower which was cool.
The price is way to much of what you get. The hotel is run my student with little idea. Breakfast and service could be better for a hotel charging 300 US dollar a night.

Good location.
Breakfast was really poor - limited options and even though they say breakfast is available from 8:00, the chef doesn’t arrive until 8:30! We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere a few times. Our room was nice, but very tired. Lights flickering, broken and dirty fan, hair on the bedsheets. the first day we arrived the pool was also very dirty - leaves everywhere and a layer of grime on the top. The hotel in general is a bit tired once you look closely.

the place is beautiful and the bed is really comfortable. staff is very, very nice :)
location was amazing.
our room needed more light! it was pretty dark, especially the bathroom, that was uncomfortable. also, breakfast (food service overall) was weird and we didn’t like it: you had to schedule, we had it delivered from another hotel, food wasn’t good and it was expensive for what they gave us. plus, they have no menu if you want to have something while chilling in the pool. worst part is that they have a kitchen in their facilities.
also, they were doing some renovations and we could hear all the noise since 8:30am on a Saturday.

The property was really nicely decorated. It had a calm and soothing vibe. Although there were other guests in the hotel, it felt like we were the only ones here. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help with booking tours to Uxmal ruins and a taxi to our next destination. We booked a room for 2 nights (Monday thru Wednesday) with two beds, which was equipped with AC and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home. The hotel is close enough to Paseo de Montejo and the downtown area. We were able to explore various restaurants nearby that were delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Not necessarily about the property, but beware there are mosquitos so bring repellent and close your room doors quickly. There was construction nearby and you could hear it, but it was obnoxious.

We stayed here on our honeymoon trip round Mexico. The hotel decoration was beautiful. Our room was huge and the private pool/tub was great. Aircon and fans worked really well and the main pool was lovely to relax by and cool down in.
It would be great if the hotel had a bar or more food options. But this would just be a bonus. Everything is great as it is and it was very helpful to be able to use the kitchen to prepare our own food.

beautiful outdoor space with pool when you enter from the front! Big comfortable beds and large room. Staff was really friendly and happy to give suggestions.
Water pressure in the toilet is not too great. A small fridge would have been nice to have in the room.

This hotel is amazing!
The building is very modern, the room was huge with a nice view on the pool and the patio.
Kudos to the personnel who was very friendly and HELPFUL! They were able to help with a last minute laundry and with booking/advises to other hotel and sightseeing.
The place is quiet as the rooms are in the back of the building.
I recommend this place.
I cannot see anything they need to change.

We were the only guests for 2 nights and it was amazing! A nice boutique hotel in the quiet area of the Merida historical center.
I could hear all happening in the room next to the swimming pool from the swimming pool area, and vice-versa. So you really depend on how quiet other guests are.
In the empty hotel the receptionist gave us the choice of 2 rooms only and said the others were booked, but we didnt see anyone duribg our stay

I liked the facility and the room.
I did not like the fact that at breakfast, no one talks English and they don’t have an expresso machine. very basic for a hotel.

It's if you step into a magazine, the place looks amazing! It's just a few steps from the city centre of Merida. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. Parking can be done for extra costs.
Most of the staff doesn't speak English, so we had some challenges in explaining a few things. Parking can be done for extra costs.
