When you get to know Protaras a little bit, it really feels like having your own private place there. You are detached from the center a twelve minutes of easy-walk which is just the right time to put your baby to sleep after eventfull day at the beach. And if you decide to go to the furthest beach in Protaras, during peak temperatures, or for groceries to the biggest supermarkets, you can always get a taxi for little under ten Euros.

We are trying to find something we didn’t like, to make this review as objective as possible, but we really can’t come up with anything.

lovely place, super calm, had absolutely everything we needed to cook( kettle, toaster, stove, oven) and stay comfortably especially thankful to the owners who made us feel welcomed and helped with anything we asked

Maybe the only thing I would suggest is to have a car as location wise, the road to the beach and to the town centre, especially at night is not great. Thankfully we did have a car so it wasn’t a problem for us

The property is very well located, less than a 10 minute stroll to either the beach, Pernera or the strip. The studio apartment we stayed in was very well equipped and nicely presented. This family owned business really deserves to do well, nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to be accommodating. Elena and her team do a fantastic job and Maria’s home made cake that was left for us just made it that little bit nicer.😀

Nothing to dislike

The accommodation itself was really good, we had a big 2 bedroom apartment, on the ground floor, with air con, an outdoor seating area and good size bathroom. For accommodation alone i cannot fault the place and if this is all you care about then you will be happy... Parking is free.

There was essentially no staff on site. On arrival a maintenance man saw us looking for reception (which was closed at 2pm) and showed us to our accommodation, the key had been left in the door for us. Once he was sure we were happy with the room he left us to it, and other than seeing a member of staff briefly the next morning having her breakfast we didn't see any staff for the remainder of our time until check out. The hotel makes reference to having a pool side bar and a restaurant which was the main reason we chose to stay here, hoping to relax by the pool while the kids played, neither of these facilities were actually available though. fortunately there are bars and restaurants about a 10 min walk away. We also paid extra to have a room with a bath due to having a 1 year old baby with us, our room had no bath and the lack of staff made it impossible to correct this issue. After we checked out we reached out to the hotel via booking.com to raise these issues and were essentially told "tough luck" by the hotel. We wouldn't stay there again or recommend the place to others. There are a lot of other similar priced places nearby that offer batter facilities.

the Villa was perfect, the private pool. the management, the local every one was just fabulous

not so much a negative but a slit bother. the security is very tight it can be annoying. For example if some go ou and some stay at night one has to wake to unlock open the door. electrics donot work unless the key is in the switch, it could have been fixed by a second key. our villa was very big so in some rooms wifi dropped a positive for my husband because he hates phone in the bedroom 😀.

Friendly welcoming staff.

The apartment was clean and well equiped, any item we needed they provided. The area around the complex is quiet but not too far from bars and supermarkets. The staff were very helpfull and we would stay agian.

The pool was very good but the pool bar which was advertised was not open! so no drinks or food was available on site.

washing machine in studio, but was surprised that there were no housekeeping, before in other studios we have been to,we would have a change of sheets, bins emptyed and towels changed, i realise with a washing machine in the room we could do it ourselfs, but even though self catering, as we have always still got room service, overlook on my part when booking, but it was a minor thing as we throughly enjoyed our holiday.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location. Would highly recommend flouressia gardens. The freshly baked cakes that were left at the door on several occasions were gorgeous and a really nice touch, meant a great deal. Thank you Maria x

The villa was exceptionally big, pool was fantastic. Downstairs toilet and shower was ideal. The upper terrace was a surprise. Loved the coconut cake that was given to us from the owner Maria.

Beds were very low and not easy to get out of, would have liked more cleaning products (antibacterial wipes) for surfaces & cleaning of toilets,

We loved our stay! It's a lovely apartment and quiet area, with very friendly guests who stay regularly. Everything was very clean and well kept, and it felt very homely. The balcony was huge and in general our apartment was a great size. The owner was very helpful with any requests that we had and she left off homemade cake twice during our visit which was a lovely touch! They were very flexible with check in and out timings and left food in the fridge for me for breakfast as I had an early activity booked.

The bar was closed during our stay (perhaps too early in the season) and the water vending machine was empty - therefore we had to walk to the supermarket to get water. I'd have appreciated if they'd left bin bags in the apartment so we could easily take the rubbish out and keep the place as clean as possible.

Excellent location and very quiet as it was the start of the season. Appartment was superbly equipped and very clean and comfortable with lots of storage. Lovely pool area although water was still a bit cool (didn't stop us using it though). Pool bar not open yet as not many customers yet. Lovely well kept surroundings and planted pots/areas. 5 mins walk to beach, Pernera, Protaras for shops, food etc. Extra plus point was the amazing cake that we had delivered to us twice, and a bag full of fresh picked oranges and lemons which were so sweet and juicy.

One teeny thing was the shower head slowly slid down when in use, though not even bad enough to be worth mentioning. I'm sure it would have been rectified had we said something.

Fantastic property, good size pool, excellent kitchen (but you need a vegetable peeler). Comfortable beds and an excellent location. And a very nice lady bought us fresh fruit from her garden. What’s not to like!

Honestly, just the missing vegetable peeler. It’s that good!

The pool was great with lots of pool toys. It's close to the beach. We liked the size of the apartment and we got free homemade cake. The staff was extremely helpful. They even printed out the entry forms we needed for our trip home.

The shower drain was clogged and the apartment got flooded every time someone took a shower. However once we notified the staff it was fixed promptly.

Perfect and quiet location for family vacation. Fruits garden makes this place feel much more cozy. Thanks all the stuff for such a good hospitality and help. Definitely will return there again.
