Really lovely set up in a very good location. Lamas, Ponies and friendly dog we walked with up the driveway. Will be using again.
The stay was lovely, but if i had to find something it would be better sound proofing as i could clearly hear the neighbours but ear plugs would make for a perfect stay.

Picturesque and peaceful location, room was simple but clean, comfortable and attractively decorated.
Liked everything but had we been staying longer than one night we might have found the limited cooking facilities a bit challenging.

Fabulously easy to check in as good instructions and self check in.

Some items for breakfast were there for us, and tea and coffee facilities, together with a microwave, and fridge for our use. The location was very peaceful.
Couldn't control the heating, as the controller didn't seem to work,but, fortunately there was a fan that we used to help us get to sleep.

Lovely rooms and farm space. Good value for money. The bigger rooms would have kitchen and a nice south facing patio which we might have gone for if staying longer. Nice green area all around. Quiet and peaceful. Nice complimentary pastries!
We were there on a Sunday evening and it was not easy to find places serving food at walking distance. Fairly limited take away delivery possibilities, so we had to drive out to eat.

After a full day working at the NEC coming back to this quiet place away from all the noise and pollution was very welcoming.
Waking up in the morning to see all the wildlife outside the country style split door was just what I needed.

Liked the self-service check in as we ended up arriving later than planned and there was plenty of parking. Was very handy to have a small kitchen area for preparing light snacks.
Found the fridge in the room noisy and would have liked an extra shelf or table in the bathroom to place wash bags by the sink.

the location was excellent, convenient for the motorway and local facilities, the level of cleanliness was exceptional and far better value than local hotels, we would recommend Deer park farm highly

The location and setting were stunning. Waking up to see the horses looking out of the stables was lovely. The room was snug but comfortable and well equipped, perfect for our stay. Wish we’d be staying for longer to fully enjoy it.

Not enough storage in the room. Wardrobe was just a corner cupboard.

The room was small, but provided modest cooking facilities and a reasonably comfortable bed.
Although 'air conditioning' is listed as a facility this does not exist, only a cheap small plastic desk fan.
As I specifically booked for this reason during the heatwave I was not happy, especially due to my heart condition.
The bathroom is very small.
