Location. Garden. Breakfast.

Air-conditioning not working. Bathroom sliding door has no lock and the door just opens itself. Hot water not hot enough. Requests not fulfilled promptly (had to request for fans as AC didn't work, power adapter received after many requests) Upholstery was dirty and stained. Sofa was stained and soiled. Not enough sockets. No sockets near bed. No universal sockets. Lighting too dim when all turned on.

The staff was great, the room very very spacious with a nice view over the pool, the breakfast had several options.

The toilet flush did not work well

The restaurant food was really delicious. I looked for this food later on my travels but did not find anything so tasty

Swimming pool was closed due to covid. Since Covid-19 has been considered an endemic, the entire country have opened up clubs and everything including swimming pools. So, I recommend the management to open it up as I believe the travelers would want to enjoy all the certain small perks that comes with the accommodations too. Other than that, everything was marvelous.
