Stay was very nice & front office staff were very helpful especially Mustafa went out of his way to accommodate my requests beside my mistake during booking rooms . Thanks Mustafa

The reception was really good at helping us and the check in was very easy and fast, the parking was good also

The bathroom wasn’t that clean I saw some mold, bathroom sink blocked the second day and the flash was broken, windows were unclean and the curtains like it been years never been washed and the room service weren’t helping or changing the bed cover

It’s not clean there was something wet on the floor and the bathroom floor was dusty and the bath tub was not closing like every time I want to put water in the tub and go for a while when I come back the tub is empty

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Eman and one guy wearing Arabic clothes Location is very good near the lagoon Food was good and the catering staff were very friendly

Parking slots size were small and not enough specially for family cars

The place was great The hygiene level is very high and the stuff are friendly and very helpful

Special menu meal was outstanding 🤩🥳🤩😋

Bed wasn’t big enough to fit 2 adults and 1 child. Also bathroom door was struggling a lot to close and water stagnated

Central location in Sharjah. Attentive and helpful staff. Good, large gym. Good buffet breakfast.

WiFi not strong. Pool a bit small, and should have been open earlier in the morning (before 9am). Towels a bit hard/old. A lot of the decor and fixtures of the building feel old - like it was built in the 1980s, and never refurbished. Room desk reading lamp not bright enough.
