Lage für uns optimal, da kein Auto. Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel ging gottseidank bergab. Zurück nahmen wir die Strassenbahn. Den Obstteller fand ich phänomenal. Für ein Frühstücksbuffet reicht der Platz im Frühstücksraum leider nicht. Überaus freundlicher Empfang und zuvorkommende Bewirtung. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ermöglichte getrenntes Schlafen, was für uns zwei ältere Damen sehr angenehm war.

A very friendly host showed us to the very comfortable apartment. Well equipped and beautifully situated next to the big church, we had a very agreeable stay. Breakfast was excellent!

The owner greeted us and came downstairs to advise us on parking. The owner helped us take our luggage up the stairs to our room.
She also offered us free coffee or tea.
My husband was celebrating his birthday which I mentioned to the owner. After a good nights sleep, we were greeted with a birthday present for my husband. We are away from home travelling for many months, so small gestures make a difference. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. we also had a kettle and a fridge, which were not mentioned in the room description.

The hotel was very nice. We had good communication with the staff (only German speaking no English). They were really walking the extra mile for their customers. Very good!
the hotel felt very fresh and must have been refreshed very recently. Location in the middle of town is great, with parking on the square just outside the hotel. Google maps didn't guide us well so we had a bit of an challenge to find our way.
The room was great and the brekfast had very high standard with personalization that was great.
only item that stood out was that in the room info it said that the room had air condition, but in fact it was a fan on a stand. The night time outdoor temperature went low so we got the room cool enough to get a good night sleep. This pulls down scoring on facility and comfort.

Hotel is managed by very friendly and supportive people who helped us with everything! Rooms are spacious, very cozy and comfortable. location in the city center is close to shops, cafes and pretty quiet at the same time. totally recommend this hotel!

Fast check in, good internet, excellent service, helpfulness and kindness of the staff (are super-attentive to all your needs), excellent location. The time from entering the hotel to being fully online back to work was probably the shortest ever.
