Magnificent hotel. One of the best hotel experiences. Staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, all so helpful but especially Monyuong who helped organise tuk tuk tours to the temple and airport transfer. Breakfast boxes provided when we left early. Breakfast was great and covered all options. Location was good - close enough to walk or quick tuk tuk ride. Bars, cafes and shops on the street outside.

Staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you, food was really good and the hotel was very clean. Restaurant staff were especially friendly and helpful. Better suited to younger guests looking to enjoy nightlife due to the close proximity.

Location was opposite a line of bars, which were very noisy, especially the karaoke bar. One of the facilities listed was that the rooms were soundproofed, but this was definitely not the case. Also, the list included a TV, but this wasn't present either.

Nice getaway from the chaos of the city center while still being in the city center. Friendly staff & tasty breakfast. Convenient location if you want to be in the middle of everything. Our rooms were huge. Overall very good value for the price.

A bit too loud at night, which is given considering the location. Overpriced services (for example 1kg of laundry for $3, while about 300m down the road it was for $1). The sheets in our rooms smelled clean but had weird orange stains on them.

El hotel está bastante céntrico pero sin estar en el bullicio de Pub Street. El personal del hotel ha sido encantador, muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa.

La habitación era algo ruidosa por las cañería pero lo compensaba el hecho de que tenía una bañera exterior. El desayuno es mejorable pero correcto.

My stay was fantastic. I compliment every aspect of the hotel and staff. I have stayed at many hotels in Siem Reap trying to find the perfect one for me. I have found it. The staff checked on me every day to see if I needed anything. They were always there to help me with Tuk Tuk and answer the many questions I had about restaurants and entertainment in the area. I enjoyed the swimming pool, breakfast, comfortable beds, good aircon, convenient location to good restaurants, airport pickup and clean rooms. Look no further if you want a good hotel at great price

Wonderful staff. Always proactive and friendly. They assisted me well when I fell down their entry steps, during the rain on my first evening. They need better lighting and make grooves into the black marble entrance steps.

Limited breakfast choices for a vegetarian. I just ate the fruit and drank fruit juice. On my second night much dragging of furniture in the above room.

I was most impressed by the Cambodian décor in this hotel. It is located in a quiet street, only 15 minutes from the city center. The rooms were spacious and clean.

I was disappointed with the wrong information provided by the hotel. The booking website advertised that pick-up and drop-off at the airport were free, but they never mentioned that it would be by tuk-tuk. We had to wait an extra hour at the airport for another tuk-tuk to arrive so they could take our luggage. On arrival, we were offered a free massage the next day, but the next day they said we would have to pay. On our last day, when we were supposed to get a free drop-off at the airport, they tried to make us pay again. We had to insist and show them the advertisement before they finally agreed to waive the fee. The breakfast included in the stay was the worst we had in Southeast Asia.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was centrally located. The hotel itself was creatively designed and unique.

The hotel lies in a close proximity of Angkor Wat temples so if you plan on visiting the area, this is the best place for you to stay at. The staff was super helpful at all times. A pick-up from the airport as well as taking us back to the airport when we left was free of charge, the tuk tuk driver was at our convenience pretty much 24/7. The price for driving us around the temples in Angkor was 18 USD (fixed) and the driver took great care of us. There was a bottle of water for us in the room and in the tuk tuk anytime we needed/wanted. The hotel itself is not far from the main street where you find plenty of pubs, bars, souvenir shops, massage parlours etc. The prices are more than reasonable although to haggle a little will not do you any harm and you can reduce the price of the item/service you want to get. There is a 7/11 right across the street where you can get basic foods, wine, beer, etc. The hotel restaurant offers lunches and dinners co we gave it a try and we were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent. Breakfast is served there as well and it is quite rich so everyone would find what they want. There is also a pool accessible directly from the lobby and a free WiFi which worked great everywhere in the hotel. No problems with the signal whatsoever The room was equipped with a small refrigerator and an A/C which worked without any problems. And the price was more than great. If I ever get to the area any time in the furture, I will definitely stay in this hotel.
