Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Lavabo bouché avant notre arrivée, salle de bain exiguë, lits enfants et adultes face à face, pas d'ascenseur pas pratique avec toutes les valises à porter et tirer jusqu'au troisième étage, couloir très sombre et vieillot. Petite anecdote - Le personnel a été très professionnel face à une cliente droguée qui a voulu une chambre dans l'hôtel sans réservation. Le personnel a refusé de donner une chambre à cette dame qui semblait très éméchée tenant un discours incohérent. Elle a voulu squatter dans la chambre de ma sœur... 😂

The secure car parking arrangement worked well.

The location of places to eat was not an easy task to identify. I had some advice from the receptionist, but had to explore the local area to find a place to have my evening meal. This was done in the rain which did not add any enjoyment to the experience.

Cuando llegamos no pude hacer el checkin en el cajero automático gracias a que habíamos cogido dos habitaciones y pudimos esperar dentro hasta que abrió recepción.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

Great location for what we wanted, an overnight stay before a morning flight.

It was the second time we stayed. It is a good place to stay for 1 or to nights..no big deal...but good value for money. You know what you get. We needed a place to sleep....

It's a correct place. they dont lie about what they are. Sometimes the heater is too strong and you cannot sleep.

Cheap overnight stay on the way to Barcelona. Convenient location to jump on & off motorway. The lady on reception was welcoming. Our room wasn't ready yet.

The hotel claims to be smokefree but our room stunk of deodoriser in a pathetic attempt to cover up the stench of smoke. We had stayed at this chain hotel in another city but this one was in poor condition in comparison.
