It’s safe, the rooms were big, and it’s so close to Gouna.

The food was horrible, the hygiene was so bad, and some of the staff were very intrusive..

No wifi and if there is its not for free elevators not working you have to use the stairs the food was very bad I found hair on my bedsheets one of the WORST places never again

1- Facility management - Great facility and very poor management. 2- low hygiene - literally every one has no mask other than the front desk staff. everyone servicing in the restaurant has no mask. Staff in the facility have poor personal hygiene as well. Hands are not clean or covered while serving , their clothes are stained daily . They don’t change into a clean uniform . 3- Food is very bad and very unhealthy - They try to serve very low budget food to the extent that they cook processed meat and try to pass on as real meat . Liver , pastas are tasteless . 4- Accommodation - Although the room size is very nice , the beds are of good size too they have failed in properly covering the bed with sheets . Bed sheets were so small that mattress showed. The daily house keeping also is not cleaning properly. I stayed in room 2308 and just to let you know I found the coloring pens from the last guest inside the sofa when I attempted to flip the sofa cushion’s due to food crumbs. I would like the management to check this hotel for corruption. That is all I ask for , it is a shame to have the hotel’s potential go down the drain due to poor management . I cut my holiday and returned home early due to the reasons above . please don’t be fooled by all inclusive .

The property is big, clean, and has a nice aqua park. The ass. Manager Mr. Shadi was very helpful to us, as we didn’t like the first room (bad view), he changed it for us to a superior room with pool view. The food variety is perfect, and a very friendly staff in the restaurant. After all was a nice experience.

The embattled staff constantly put a brave face on and did their very best to help those that needed help. Total lack of management or leadership on display and I would suggest strongly they need to look at allocation of equipment at the water park to ensure fairness and turn taking. I observed far to many staff shouted at and abused by men from Upper Egypt and nothing was done to try to stop the behavior.

The bus loads of Domestic Tourists on all inclusive budget deals. They rarely queued for anything and constantly were aggressive with staff and other guests when the felt it put them at an advantage. The Water Park when busy was full of middle aged bullies throwing their weight around to get most advantage for their own kids and families. We were even entertained with fist fighting on the last night between rival groups. The food was what you would expect for the price do not expect high level quality but their was plenty available
