Attended something in Pukekohe so didn't eat there at all. Have stay several times in the past and food is good and staff are very friendly. Bed is very comfortable. Unit warm.

The hotel was lovely and cosy. Great heating for a cold winter’s day. Close to shops and the main road but very quiet as well. The staff were helpful. Above average for a country town.

Carpet was filthy and there were ants in the ensuite hand basin and surrounds.

When booking we requested a balcony and the printout that came back confirmed this. On arrival our room had no balcony. Was not offered any other alternative or a cost reduction.

The generator outside the window that woke us all through the night,also the soaps and shower wash were empty.

Its a hotel with everything. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Hotel has great bars, restaurant and entertainment facilities. All with great friendly staff

Got woken up at 8am by room service just walking into our room. Very unprofessional. And not really value for money.

Great location for where we were going. Stayed in newer part of hotel which has been seamlessly added using the same lovely historic design. Comfortable spacious room.
