Easily accessible by car, with parking space on the premises. Our suite was huge and with its own patio and exit. Magnificient breakfast room and great breakfast. Short drive (or a decent walk) to the medina. Much bang for the buck.

There was no hot water in the shower, which we discovered in the morning.

Breakfast was great. Local "Continental Mediterranean style" bakes/pancake bread and pancakes, conserves, olives and coffee. All fresh and warm and delicious. All the decor layout and furnishings were traditional Moroccan and obviously, possibly in the not too distant past, a merchant's house. Some details gleaned from books in the ante-rooms of the public areas which were absolutely beautiful and traditional. Surrounding balcony, with table and chairs and a terrific view over the town The city is beautiful and so different. Don't forget to barter and don't allow yourself to get swindled. The tradition is to try>But its all part of the fun!

BE AWARE>>> Get a QUOTATION FOR YOUR TAXI to and from the hotel. They charge separately for each passenger, and will try to overcharge. have the correct fare if possible, From the Airport we negotiated 10 Dirham to the hotel. 3 dirham from the hotel back to town NOT 100Dm like our same driver tried!! The hotel had no heaters..... and the room was cold and very draughty with gaps in the door & window woodwork. We were freezing till the sun came up. Extra Gorgeous blankets were provided without requesting.These we need at home... they were thick, heavy and beautifully made quality...... Then we realized that the AC unit had a heater . The Beautiful Garden, wonderful Management and staff and ... a coffee shop UP THE Hill, on the left with an amazing view after a bit of a climb!, where we saw almost 40 children get into a 16 seater school mini bus after school!!! My Husband, a continental coach holiday driver (Retired) couldn't believe it!!

Owner and all the staffs there are very friendly, felt welcome and warm as home ;) typical pretty Moroccan decorations with beautiful garden and amazing sights of the whole city. the rooms are clean and well prepared, air conditions are available in all rooms. very good large potions of breakfast and taste great. Thank you so much to host us and will definitely recommend!

very beautiful and stylish mansion , a real home converted into a guests’ home, very comfortable, quiet and convenient location just across the bridge of from downtown, the excellent option to spend at least 2 nights to enjoy the uniqueness of Tetouan and also visit Chefchaouen on a return day trip (spectacular roads, not many good overnight options in Chefchaouen)

exceptional property in all aspects with superb common areas and huge rooms. ensuite bathrooms have showers with plenty of hot water. private parking inside the property is a bonus.

The stuff is very kind and very helpful. The place is exceptional and very good decorated. The garden is fantastic and there you can get the breakfast in a very nice view. The panorama view is very nice. It has also a safe private parking. We loved the place. It is very suitable for paar and also for families.

I think you must have a car to enjoy the city more.

Everything was perfect. The location not far from the city (if you have a car), the staff so nice and helpful, the size, comfort and cleanliness of the room. Plus the bed was a cocoon. The breakfast in the garden was the cherry on the cake before checking out. Thanks!

It was very clean

The architecture of the place was breathtakingly beautiful with intricate engravings. I read some complaints on the reviews here regarding the portion and quality of breakfast but I found myself disagreeing with that statement. There was a large pitcher of black coffee with a serving carafe of hot milk, freshly sliced melons, traditional breads like mesemen, baghrir, viennoiseries, and spreads. Every day there was a slight variation on the breakfast so you were served something new. The air conditioning was a much needed reprieve from the Moroccan summer heat wave and the beds were large and comfortable.

My husband and I didn't have a car, and because the Riad is situated somewhat outside of the city center of Tetouan, located on a steep mountainous country hill, we had some difficulty hailing a taxi. We found ourselves walking up and down the hill until a cab, seldom in that area would drive past and we would hail it to get to the city center. This discouraged us from leaving all that often as it was difficult to get around.

Beautiful Riad with amazing shared spaces. Lovely room and gorgeous view and Abdel and all staff were just wonderful. Being a little out of Tetouan made for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The only minor miss was a pool. It would have been nice for our stay during a pretty hot June.

The hospitality, the riad experience, the breakfast, the safety and the wonderful staff.

It's quite, but no sound proof.
