Location is ideal - the shopping centre across the road is handy for restaurants and anything that you have forgotten. Right next to the metro station too.

The breakfast is disappointing - as a vegetarian there is little for me to eat and the coffee is terrible. There is now only one member of staff operating the lounge bar and the cafe - this isn't ideal. The piano in the lounge bar needs fixing - it is automated and has a fault - the 'music' coming out of it is annoying beyond belief. Some (not all) of the Concierge and Door Staff need further training in how to deal with guests

Excellent: from help desk staff to the food, the facilities... Beautiful big swimming pool, pool tables available, breakfast with both Western and Chinese food options, pastries, waffles made on the spot... A gem in Xiasha! Also got a late 3pm checkout. I will return!

The Staff is bad. They don’t give a warm welcome as expected, neither help you carry your bags they just look at you. It was my birthday and l was taking pictures they said no. The hotel should be a friendly environment…. What can l do with the property?

I must say that everything was excellent.The location of the hotel is quite close to the mall. As for the room,it is very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay and will surely be back.
