Size of hotel and size of room were great . Pools also large. Access to sun beds was easy. Staff plentiful.

Far away from any nightlife but that’s not the hotels fault.

The word like is little for this resort, me and my husband had a great time in the resort. The staff was exceptional and went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. Thank you for the hospitality and good times we got to spend. We will definitely miss this resort and will back for more fun.

Superb accommodation and the most wonderful staff! Honestly, they were so friendly, kind and helpful. We chatted with so many staff members, sorry, I can’t remember all your names! The swim up bar was a delight, we made the trip most days!! Great room (ocean view) 6317. Good food, with choice of 3 restaurants (one Italian (odd when in Bali?!) but great food. The pool experience each day was exceptional. Great place to chill and relax. We will return!!!!

Not the hotel’s fault but the beach was dirty, lots of washed up plastic, cans etc and the sea itself was murky and with floating debris, like pieces of wood. We stuck to the pool, much better, but we were sad not to get in the ocean.

Excellent stay we enjoyed it , nice Resort

Nick cleaner was amazing, he made sure our room was very clean all the time. The restaurant staff where amazing and really made the experience perfect.

Some of the restaurant food was quite expensive but of course delicious. There wasn't a large wine selection and quite expensive.

The bath leaked and did not hold water, room service lost our order despite using an online system that showed they had received it, then when a meal did arrive charges were incorrect and trying to charge twice the price for one meal. Long waits to check in or out whilst waiting on ‘reservation’ having to be made with check in/check out team, and to top it off wrong meals brought to table for breakfast which caused lengthy delay waiting for correct orders. Pool was nice but overall, much better value for money and service staying at similar rated resorts in Seminyak

No AC in the breakfast hall was a bit hot, would be good to have simple snacks/biscuits at the club outside of afternoon tea and cocktail hour.

The pools and the beach was fabulous!

How all facilities were charged. Archery, tennis and table tennis etc. maybe you can put a booking time so people can book and enjoy the facilities free?

The service was amazing. All staff were so friendly and happy. The on site nurse was an added excellence when it was needed! The breakfast was superb !

Everything was exceptional this resort!!! The staff could not do enough for us and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The food was incredible with an outstanding buffet breakfast l. The resort backs on to a beautiful beach that was just so wonderful to walk along each day. We also hired the bikes and enjoyed discovering beautiful Nusa Dua. We will absolutely be back to stay again as we loved every minute of our stay!

We booked the king room plunge pool room. Two beds were pushed together to make a ‘king’ bed. The beds were not comfortable . If you say you are providing a king then it should be one KING bed. The room smelt like mould. The rooms are very old and outdated. Not worth the money spent. We left early due to not being able to stay in such a mouldy smelly room. They asked if we wanted to change. But the whole hotel is old. We requested a refund for the days we weren’t staying however they did not offer this. They said as we booked through booking we couldn’t do anything. However it doesn’t make sense as they are the ones that took the final payment at the hotel. Very disappointing . And would not come back.

Booked a couple of rooms to suit family of four with older teens. Really spacious rooms with all th eexpected amenities. Plunge pool room was fantastic when dealing with the local humidity at the end of a long day trekking around Bali. The overall feeling of the hotel allowed us to relax and wind down, with the staff really looking after any of our needs.

The staff is very friendly and help everyone The hotel is cozy and beautiful I told them i came to celebrate our anniversary and they did the best for us which makes our trip momerable, they put a cake and flower with swan love towel and wrote beautiful word on table for us make us so happy. Also i ask for a transportation from airport they provid to us clean car with friendly driver and nice. Happy to choose sofitel for our 1st visit highly recommended.

A little bit high price Limited dishes in breakfast

The Nusa Dua location was perfect, pools, gardens and our swim out room was lovely. Club Millesime amazing addition to our experience. Staff can’t do enough for you.

Pools were very warm but it’s hot atm. Noise from the Beach Club on weekends until early hours was loud in our room (2007) but our friends in 1003 didn’t hear anything. The breakfast restaurant was very, very hot. More fans needed.

As per some other reviews, the cleanliness was a little below par. Our bathroom amenities did have some mold etc. but would not deter us from staying again.
