Great rooms, super nice private pool It's a perfect location to explore the island, go diving or snorkeling. Beautiful sunrise and sunset at the beach right at the retreat. The food in the restaurant was amazing.

the food could be better

Staff were great, very attentive. Food was nice too.

Rooms very basic and a little dark but we went for the cheapest option.

The owner/ manager was super helpful, patient and friendly. He helped us with all the activities we wanted to take part in such as horse riding, bike riding and snorkelling. Additionally, he organised our horse carriage for the ride back to the port very quickly and he even helped us get in contact with our following hotel when we were having some difficulties. He really went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were comfortable. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful and offered excellent and quick service. On top of that, Wilson's Retreat has amazing drinks, food, amenities and is situated in prime location. We would be more than happy to return here in the near future.

The quiet location. Amazing snorkelling straight from the property. Lovely staff. Great food!

1. The staffs are so friendly and professional. The manager is always there to help and very patient with our requests and demands. He also took criticism very well. 2. Beach is great and calm for swimming. 3. Room is spacious, aircon is cold, bed is very comfortable.

1. Road to the hotel is a bit rough on bikes and not well lit during the night. 2. Food could have been better 3. there is no plugs on the bedsides so we cannot charge devices whilst on the bed 4. Would be great to have more natural light into the rooms, it gets very dark and the windows are over looking the bed so we closed the curtain most of the time.

Everything was arranged from pick-up from the harbor to transfer to the harbor, the contact even arranged for a private boat tour with a great guide, the food was good, the location was very secluded, all in all, very good place.

Breakfast was great and included in our stay. Variety of options to choose from. Tasty The slightly secluded location offered a space for quiet relaxation. Beautiful beach right in front. Service was impeccable. The manager and staff were always available to assist. Restaurant food was delicious. Room was comfortable, tasteful decorated. Bathroom was a spectacle.

The resort was a distance away from the busy east side of the island. Wilson's offered bicycle rental at a fee per day and took +- 15mins (Lots of sandy patches that you can't ride over). Walking to the east side takes approximately 30mins. Beach was very shallow with lots of coral/rocks to maneuver to get in far/deeper. Drinks were pricey (typical across Bali/Lombok)

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Very calm and quiet part of Gili. Breakfast and drinks can be brought directly to the beach. Rooms are very specious, clean with fancy designed bathrooms. Highly recommended!

The place is so charming and cosy. Friendly and supportive staff, cleanness, facilities, comfy bed.. having the shower outside was magical, feeling all the nature around me. It was amazing! Also the towels smell, it was the best. So nice and fresh!

There wasn’t a power plug next to the bed. The breakfast menu was a little bit poor. I was expecting that it would be better. But none of those are a big deal at all. Wilson’s retreat is too amazing :)

I arranged transport, fast boat, and ride to hotel through Wilson's admin. Everything happened without a glitch. The room is massive and amazing, with a super comfy bed, walk-in closet area, and beautiful outside bathroom. The location is away from busy area, but still close due to size of island, so perfect for what I wanted. I had Nasi Goreng for supper at the restaurant one of the nights, it was delicious! Staff is friendly and attentive.

Loved the location of the resort and the room was clean and comfortable. From the resort you got a great view of the sunset and it was nice and quiet during the day so you were able to fully relax.

The service was very slow, the food was not fresh and you were able to hear the neighbours in the room next door.

quiet location away from busy harbour area but only 20 mins on the hired push bike . beach at high tide was awesome with turtles swimming past you , fab coral just off the beach . good bar prices and nice veggie curry .
