Fantastic hotel rooms and pool with sea view and restaurant, we wished to stay much longer!!!

Really wonderful resort with swimming pool. Exotic bungalow with good position of terrace in shade the most of the day. Big comfy bed, clean bathroom. Tasty food in restaurant.

First i have to mention the beach, dirty of many layers of dried sea plants, wasn't cleaned for long time. Hardly possible to walk on the beach. Recommended to go for food earlier, take the staff the ages to bring the food, be ready for minimum 30 minutes, doesn't matter if is it breakfast, lunch or dinner. To be honest the staff is not really friendly. If all this things were improve could be this place possibly top on the island for guest to stay.

The bar and the location are very good.

The room was not very modern also the beachfront was disappointing. There was not enough towels. I think the price is too high for what you get.

The location of the property is beautiful, the facilities and the staff is friendly.

My stay was not comfortable at all. On the first night we were woken at 4am by a man screaming after he found a thief in his room. I repeatedly asked 4 different staff members what had happened and instead of warning two women traveling alone who were clearly very scared, they acted as if nothing had happened. The second night I was woken at 5am by a burst pipe in my bathroom. We were unable to use the bathroom or shower for 2 hours, no alternatives were provided. I have packed my bags and will be checking out immediately. This was not relaxing at all. Not even an apology offered.

The food and the staff

The room is not so clean, there is no phone in the room to talk to reception we had to walk from our room to the reception every time we want something The air conditioner was not working well but they tried there best and fixed it. Also they don’t have bath robes or slippers

we didn’t have WiFi in our room we didn’t get the room we booked we didn’t have warm water our room was too exposed to everybody … unfortunately

weak wifi connection all over the resort. the network connection is unstable. no fridge in rooms, struggled to store insulin. was placed in a room with broken wooden flooring, that posed as a hazard.

The layout was very good

The room we were in sink cabinet hanging ooff wall, I could pull the emetic socket, out off the floor, the floor was like a bouncy castle, the whole block needed a bit of tlc
