We booked a family room and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and sofa bed was enough to fit an adult. The room was neat and clean specially the bathroom. Well done! The most helpful and convenient service was the free airport to hotel shuttle. If you want to go back to the Schiphol airport from the hotel, you need to ask the reception for a voucher - which is free. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended stay at this hotel.

That my stay was very short, i could leave this hotel quickly.

Its not like a hotel who serves customers, but like you stay there free and they dont care if you are satisfied, if you will stay again or no. There is no customer relations unit to share your complaints. No food, no water available in shirt distance. One bottle of still watet 4€. Food choice is very plane, and extremely expensive. If you aim to make money from having no restaurants nearby, at least you could respect guests and serve good food.

Loved the room, the heated bathroom floors were fabulous! The breakfast was very good and the shuttle was prompt.

I was in a room that faced a busy highway so I was able to hear cars going by through the night unfortunately. Also, I think there is some confusion about whether the shuttle to / from airport is free. Recommend double checking to future guests.

We have had a terrible night. The whole time we heard some noises coming upstairs from the ceiling. Aircondition was off.

The room was large with a seating area and very comfortable bed. The public areas are very modern and stylish. Dinner was good and the service was excellent.

I found the parking quite expensive for an open parking lot.

The aircon was broken and the room was really cold the whole 5 day stay, the tiles in the shower were mouldy, room service never replaced the complimentary coffee, the restaurant quality was exceptionally bad and while we were eating, a mouse ran through our legs. We settled the bill on our last night so we could do a quick check out in the morning, however when we got to the checkout the receptionist informed us that there were some extra charges that needed to be paid. We were running late for the airport shuttle so we couldn’t double check the extra charges and ended up just paying them. Very disappointing for the price

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Easy and fast check-in.

The shuttle service is not acceptable. On arrival we waited 45 minutes for a shuttle to show up. For such a big hotel they only have a small van. The driver didn't stop where he was supposed to stop, and after 45 minutes wait we were too late to spot the van and it filled up having to wait another 30 minutes. This driver was giving us attitude we were lying we waited that long. Luckily another driver from another hotel spotted us twice on her route with our 4 kids (I helped her load previously other customers). She dropped us off instead. On return we pre booked the first shuttle back ... and they managed to overbook 12 people. Once again the shuttle was full. The driver went out of his way to return as fast as he could and was very friendly trying to help out. The primary reason people book a hotel next to an airport is to avoid stress on early flights. Why do they operate such a small van while other hotels have big busses passing by ? And why bother prebooking a return shuttle when you overbook them ? This is just not up to standard of Hyatt.

Location was pretty close to Schipol, if that is important thing for you. Hotel was very clean and spaceous. There was very nice breakfast. Hotel provides a shuttle that is going between the hotel and Schipol airport.

It's a bit long of walking distance to Hoofdorp city which is the place next to this hotel. There isn't much to do next to hotel.
