Laptop couldn’t access wifi and owner not there

Perfect location walking distance to main street with restaurants and cafes. All room facilities were as expected, clean and very comfortable bed. Plenty of power outlets and light switches conveniently located near bed. Bathroom was clean, roomy and well appointed. Easy parking in front of room on ground level.

There was never anyone in the office when we needed them and the bath towels didn’t get changed every day and the cleaner took our our toilet rolls
