We waren op doorreis en dit hotel was het meest betaalbare hotel in Heidelberg. Het personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was ruim en de badkamer was erg schoon.
De kamer was op zich schoon, maar vlekken op de muur e.d. zouden beter schoongemaakt mogen worden. De kamer is met goedkope materialen ingericht (al is de prijs daar ook naar). De kamer rook een beetje vreemd (chloor/schoonmaak) en het pand is vrij gehorig (schuiven van stoelen etc). De locatie op het industrieterrein voelt wat raar, maar was eigenlijk prima. Geen mogelijkheid voor ontbijt, maar in het centrum van Heidelberg zitten leuke eetgelegenheden.

The facilities were very organized and clean. The room could stay airy.
The room was not entirely sound proof. Sometimes, I could hear the neighbors showering or laughing. Overall, it's to an acceptable degree.

The bed was just next to the window and I could’t find the reason why in such a big room someone would put a bed next to the window with -13 degree outside.
Another unpleasant experience was the shower: one door was broken, but still usable. The water pressure was really poor and it was switching temperature from cold to boiling in 10 second.
Shampoo and body lotions weren’t enough.
For the rest everything was cool. We mostly appreciated the kitchen, the tv and the couch.

I ordered a room with sofa and perhaps because I arrive at 18:00 and full booking, I was assigned a room that is close to the stair and only with a small window. I talked with the reception to check if I should have another room, he agreed to change on the next day. I didn't change because my schedule was so tight, but I hope they do better next time. Soundproof is basically nothing. Location is not good for holiday

The room was very spacious. It had a mini kitchen and a dining area. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was fantastic. It was also in a quiet and safe area of town. Check in and check out was a breeze! We loved having A/C. We will definitely come back if we are ever in this area of Germany!

The building is easy to find as they have a huge signage on the side of the building. Location is mostly quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is mostly clean with clean bedsheets and all
WiFi intermittently drops at certain locations of the room, mostly on the bedroom or the couch area (WiFi is perfect in the toilet, however). Room floor wasn't properly vacuumed. So, we couldn't walk around barefooted
