Staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do in Arequipa. Very helpful with helping with an early checkin, very helpful with storing our luggage. Internet very good, I was able to work without any issues. Everything comfortable and clean!
I would have liked more variety in the breakfast, but we stayed several days, I probably wouldnt mind if just staying 1-2 nights

Great attendance by all staff; quiet location; rooms were very clean; showers had hot water and great water pressure; comfy and warm beds and towels; close to grocery store; staff called taxis for us every time we needed one; beautiful decor in the lobby
Breakfast was not excellent, but enough to get us fed before beginning our day; getting back to the location was a little difficult for taxi drivers; no drawers in the rooms where we could store small personal items

Amazing hotel in Arequipa. Very comfortable beds, good showers, great views. Exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to accommodate our special dietary requirements. 15-20 min by foot to the city center. Very safe and quiet location. Highly recommended!

The staff for front desk,
the cleaning staff, and restaraunt staff went above and beyond other places I have stayed.
Breakfast menu had decent choices and restraunt offers excellent view of the snow covered mountains.
Exceptionally clean.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk employees were always very friendly, open to all special requests and really helpful. Neighborhood of the hotel was in a calm, safe villa district with walking-distance from City Center.

The hotel is simply perfect,the best I found till now during my trip in Peru.
The rooms are big, clean, the services are perfect and manager are always taking care of ALL your needs.

The restaurant located at the root floor of the hotel. The view is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The service is also good.
The drink water was not provided by default. There is no any drinking water in the room. We asked for the drinking water, and the waiter provided us a bottle water to us without mentioned it will be billed. We didn't realize it was billed when we check out.

The service was fantastic, everyone was super friendly and helpful. the hotel was also extremely accommodating. I could not have asked for a better stay!

clean and great value for the money.
The property felt a bit off. took 30 min to walk to the center. the breakfast personnel felt a bit off. I had to go to the kitchen to tell them that we were there in order to get our breakfast. the portions were really small and everything was covered with plastic film even though if I ordered it while sitting in the restaurant which felt very weird. The servant was very slow with delivering and they charged extra if you wanted an extra egg.

The staff is very friendly, and has quickly solved some of the problems we have encountered.
Some small details that have been resolved with the support of the staff:
- an extension cord was missing to be able to connect the laptop
- no iron in the room
- no water or coffee as a welcome drink
Another problem, which does not depend on the staff, is that the soundproofing in my bathroom was practically non-existent so that I could perfectly hear ALL the ways of using the bathroom of the person in the next room.....

The location is not in busy area but they do have good views of the mountains . Friendly staff and nice rooms .

Quiet hotel behind security gates but in a very nice neighborhood within 8 blocks of the city center. They will arrange transportation, tours, and even a very reasonable massage.

Breakfast was until 10 am but every morning I got there at 9:30 am and the eggs (only breakfast option) were gone and were not refilled
Mind you when I asked about it they would make me a small portion
But it be nice that because it is a breakfast buffet, the eggs be refilled until the end of breakfast time
