we have never stayed in a property where the bed wasn't made, the excuse was that it would cost us extra for someone to make it, really?!! Also the $400 bond we had to pay up front, seemed excessive, we've stayed in some even nicer properties than this one and have never had to pay a bond.

The balcony could have been sweeped and outdoor furniture wiped over. Glass balcony doors were dirty, not hard to wipe off finger marks. The carpet in lounge area is very stained and that gives it a horrible look for first impression when u walk in. Stuff in kitchen cupboards need to be arranged in some sort of order just looks very untidy.

Carpets were very dirty, couldn't use the sliding door out the front leading to verandah, money needs to be spent to fix this. Frying pan terrible and unusable, once heated it made a awful smell.

The location is absolutely fabulous, right near all the famous Victor facilities and playgrounds etc.

The place really needs a deep clean and some tlc, specifically the carpets were really dusty and had quite a lot of stains in some areas, most of the taps were wobbly and loose, the non-stick frying pan was not really safe to use and smelt bad and the little tea, coffee and sugar provided was damp. Its way overpriced for the condition it's currently in. There was also a $400 admin fee???

The only thing we thought was the beds could have been softer and there was one large blind missing from the window in the living area.

The location was clsoe to all services and the unit had an excellent sea view. Underground parking and lift access.

Good position and spacious - well furnished and quiet

Getting keys was a disaster. Taking a cash bond of so much money and not returning it until demanded was unreasonable. Property is overpriced by a long way! Maintenance is almost non-existent in some areas eg ensuite extractor fan did not work, hob extractor fan did not work nor the light and the whole thing was caked in grease. Clock on wall not working. No access to internet, etc etc. It could be a nice place if it was looked after properly but would still not be worth the price charged. We have no intention of returning to Victor Harbor or booking again with unwind holidays.

The location is absolutely perfect for a family getaway! There's lots of great places to eat, and lots of activities to do close by. The access and secure parking to the apartments is a bonus.

We had to be picky to find something that we didn't like, the only thing we could say is that the BBQ and patio area could have been cleaner, cleaning the BBQ before leaving is made very clear in all communications although the cleanliness on arrival was a little disappointing. Being a family we used the BBQ a number of times but made sure it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

there were numerous lists displayed on the expectations on when leaving the property, the cleanliness etc which is fair enough, however the day we arrived looking in the fridge, oven & cupboards there were a lot of crumbs and bits of food. these areas clearly had not been wiped out by the cleaners

Instructions for security access to use lifts are essential and should be provided with information regarding key collection.

the location was superb, the unit was very comfortable and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Lovey apartment with beautiful water views. Walk to all Victor Harbour attractions.

The balconies were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The front balcony which is a great feature of the apartment (stunning water views) was very dirty the furniture and the floor had to be cleaned before we could use it. There was a box of empty beer bottles on the balcony. We were warned in every communication from Unwind, no parties, fines for leaving rubbish, fines for marking furniture, carpet and leaving dirty dishes. The key pick up was cumbersome at the end of a long drive they had to be picked up from another site. Negative notices on the fridge re cleaning, fines for leaving dirty barbeque ect, pity we were not made feel welcome, too many threats.
