Cordial staff, easy check in, ample parking for the car, nice quite rooms
The air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot. Had to open the window as the room would get really hot. With open window, you can hear voices outside or cars passing by

very very small. It also feels like the roof is shallow, so it's depressing and the air conditioning is slightly noisy. There is no kettle and an extra blanket cannot be provided. We booked 14 nights and we just stayed one night and leave and booked another one urgently, resulting in a high cost.

We booked this hotel for a guest coming to our wedding, and the cleanliness was so terrible he actually had to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. It was mouldy in the rooms. Do not stay

The staff was very nice and very helpful.
Very close to Mouratoglou Academy (100m). Lots of free parking space. Quiet and lovely place, the room was cool and clean.

Property had a functional room, and the bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned well everyday.
There is a bus close to the property but buses take long to commute from that area to main Antibes and the train station. A lot of time is spent waiting for public transport. I really recommend coming here with a rented car at least, it’ll make life much easier. There is no food on the property… besides breakfast which doesn’t have much variety. So if you need some food you have to again travel far or eat at the pricey resort next door and get a drink there. Receptionist hours are unpredictable - if you need help sometimes it’s not there. Which makes it hard if you’re not familiar with the area and it’s your first time there.

The people who work here are very nice and try to help all the time. I texted the page late in the evening about something and they replied quickly.
The room is very small but cozy, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean. They have someone who can clean the room every day. You can also change towels daily, which is a big plus.
