I booked this hotelfor celebrating my husband's birthday. I also booked the Terrace restaurant seperately.
It was an amazing experience. The hotel is at the best location for Cheltenham. Very elegant amd comfortable. Parking was easy as the staff kindly sent instructions beforehand. The room was very beautiful. The staff is amazing. They kindly left very delicious macarons in our room as a gift for my husband together with a little card. How thoughtful of them!!! The food and the service in the restaurant were also great! It will remain in our memories as an unforgettable experience. We will for sure return back. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

Location, bars and restaurants were perfect. Loved the view from our room. The beautifully soft and large white bathrobes and towels were much appreciated. Atmosphere buzzy and super friendly. All members of staff with whom we engaged were polite, approachable, efficient and professional. Breakfast was delicious.
Minimal wardrobe and drawer space with no provision for longer items of clothing. Lamps on the bedside table were too large - took up so much space very little room for anything else. The weather was very warm - an air conditioning unit was set up in the room. It was quite a size and as the room was not large it was very noticeable and very noisy. We had to keep it on throughout the night so did not get much sleep. No mini fridge in the room which was disappointing. We really needed cold drinking water. At a cost of £300 per night breakfast should be included.

Boutique property, great location and could all stay (4 people) in the same room
Rooms were separate to the main building so need to walk through a busy restaurant with all your luggage (not a deal breaker but some might not like it)

It’s in a good location and interior are nice
this hotel does not provide the level of service you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room was lower ground floor with almost no light and super hot, when we asked to change the staff said that we should have flagged in the booking that we did not want a room located in the lower ground floor and that anyway ‘you are staying only one night!’. There is no way to know from booking.com you are booking a lower ground floor room! Additionally it was super noisy at night! The staff is unprofessional and unprepared (we left our luggages at the reception during check out and when we came back they did not know where the luggages were!).

loved my room beautiful furnishings and bathroom. Comfy bed and really peaceful overlooking the church. I ordered breakfast and that was also very good. Great location for my family and shops in Cheltenham.

Beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms. Reception and check in staff and process was easy and they were friendly. Restaurant does great food and bar menu!
Breakfast staff were a bit grumpy if you ordered more than 1 drink and quite slow to order even if they weren’t busy

Room cozy and lovely with beautiful view of the park. Everything was clean and room facilities were good. Restaurants and bars of a very high standard.
Check in and check out was difficult, with nowhere for the car/taxi to stop except the footpath, the front desk difficult to find and up a flight of steps. The room was accessed through the restaurant at the front of the building, and no apparent lift access to the room itself.

The room was exceptional. Furnishing was incredible, supremely spacious, the bathroom was simply fantastic (4 showers and a tub!!!), equipped with free coffee and a great selection of wine to buy from the minibar. The hotel has amazing restaurants, staff was attentive, the gin bar is really cool, too. I highly recommend YOKU. Could not have been better.

Slow service at breakfast on the Sunday, having to walk through the breakfast/dining room at the front to get to the hotel.

A good location for exploring Cheltenham. Our room and bathroom were both extremely comfortable.
We didn’t like having to walk through the restaurant to access our room.
I wasn’t told I could only park in a particular zone, and did receive two parking tickets. The parking zone board should be continually on display, and not pulled out from behind the counter when the person checking you in remembers to do so, as I was never shown.

Decor was gorgeous and there was such an uplifting, fun vibe to the hotel! Be warned, loud music was playing until 11pm in the garden, which we loved because everyone was enjoying themselves and having a fabulous time, but this is probably not the place to bring children on a weekend evening. Staff were lovely!

location in Cheltenham was nice.
The bar was loud until 2am that we couldn’t sleep, reception staff not very informative and we had to ask where breakfast was served and had to google the opening times.

We loved the rooms, the decor, comfortable beds, the personal touches in the room. there was a great breakfast - the best I have had in a hotel when included in the price.
if being picky, the lack of hotel bar facility in the actual building (the bar is in a heated enclosed marquee at the front of the hotel snd it is closed until 4.00pm). it is lovely though.

seriously noisy! if you are looking for a good nights sleep forget it. rowdy bar until past 2 am.
