The staff were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful particularly Liz and Laura. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were so willing to help

super location, friendly staff, very cosy, great croissants! Santiago was extremely helpful and responsive.
very poor storage in our room, makeshift wardrobe inadequate and need to put hooks in the room, back of door for jackets. would have liked a twice weekly towel change. For €250 a night I would have expected this as standard.
