Stylish and comfortable apartment, super location- close to the city centre and only 15 mins walk from the bus station.

The kitchen was well equipped, smart TV usable and we even could use the washer and dryer free of extra charge in the separate laundry room, where we could also leave our bags if need be. Location right in the centre was also great. Perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Mengi Apartments. Gardar, the owner, was so helpful and communicative--a really nice person! The space was comfortable and centrally located, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Reykjavik. And it didn't hurt that the best bakery (try the cinnamon rolls!) is right next-door! It was also very helpful to have a kitchen at our disposal. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this property.

Perfect location central to a lot of great restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Sun Voyager and Hallgrimskirkja. Great space, I only wish we were staying a few more days.

Mengi Apartments couldn't be better located in Reykjavík, right next to Brauð & Co so you can pop over for a cinnamon roll! It is also just a couple blocks from the Rainbow street. There was plenty of street parking. Mengi Apartments are in the P1 zone, the priciest zone (pay through the Parka app), but it wasn't bad for our overnight stay. We were able to pull into the alleyway to load and unload. The furnishings were lovely, and the bed was comfy. There were many radiators so you could adjust the heat to your liking, and the blackout curtains worked well enough. There is street noise but it wasn't bad. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee maker and coffee capsules! Would definitely stay there again.

The Location was great. Very clean, practical and central. Coffee machine was a nice extra!

The apartment is warm and spacious for 2 people. It is modern, clean and really well equipped. It is in a great location where you are able to walk to all the main sights. It is close to shops for food etc.The host is great, very responsive and was really helpful when our transport was delayed due to bad weather.

Maybe some instructions for the TV - we didn't know how to work the AppleTV! But this did not spoil our stay.

Unbeatable location, very accommodating host, promptly responding to communications, allowed for early check in which was a big plus after the long flight. Well equipped kitchen, even top quality coffee was provided (thank you). Grocery store one street down on a shopping street and great bakery just around the corner.

Literally nothing. TV did not work (i believe the same issue was for previous travelers), but I truly did not have time to watch TV. Also it would be nice to have designated parking spot for the apartment. It's nearly always available spot on the street but you have to pay for that (although convenient hours the it's free - after 4 pm). One might want to park around the church where parking is free.
