They didn't offer breakfast, however, there is a bakery next door accessible from the lobby. Also, there are many excellent restaurants nearby that serve breakfast.
I can't think of a single thing I would change.

the location was the best!!! the staff was extremely helpful. the building it absolutely!!!
the kitchen is limited for cooking eg. large frying pans, scissors, dish towels etc.

We loved the location, our room, and the people were super nice, very helpful, and fun to be around. We originally were only going to stay there for two weeks, but we extended our stay to 2 and 1/2 months!

Gran Colombia Suites and their staff were amazing! My stay there was a major contribution to my enjoyment of my time in Cuenca!
The staff's knowledge of the city and their willingness to help are greatly appreciated. They have set a very high standard of hospitality and friendliness; one of the best I have ever seen.
The street noise sometimes made it hard to sleep in while on vacation but that's what you get when you want to stay in a great place in the center of town! :-)

Super helpful & friendly staff, excellent location, free laundry machines (soap provided!) and lovely suite. We knew it didn’t have heating (as all buildings in Cuenca are without it) but we mentioned it to Chris at the front desk and he brought us a space heater, which really worked well. The bed and linens were super comfy, and everywhere was very clean and well-maintained. We stayed for 20 days and dreaded leaving!
We learned to run the shower for a few minutes to heat the water before stepping in, but other than that, everything worked perfectly and the staff ensured we were happy each day.
