Sylvia, the owner was excellent from time of booking to checkout. She went out of her way to get anything we needed. The attention to detail from Ubatuba Flats was exceptional.
We will definitely stay there again!!

The cleanliness was very good, the sympathy of the owner, the location and the general facilities of the room, all excellent. Too repeat, definitely!

The room was really nicely appointed, and the bed was super comfy
There was a good amount of noise coming from dogs barking, people talking, & babies crying in the middle of the night. Nothing the fault of the hotel. But it did affect the comfort of the stay.

Ubatuba flats is a very calm and relaxing place.
We loved riding to the beach and promenade with the Bicycles provided by the hosts. We got great recommendations from Silvia and her husband concerning beaches and restaurants. Muy obrigado for those two wonderful days at Ubatuba flats

Silvia the host was awesome and super helpful. The flat we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Attention to detail was amazing. It was a walk to restaurants and the coast. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
