We loved everything about the apartment, the super comfy beds, the suntrap terrace and relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day sightseeing and of course its perfect location. The host was very hospitable , leaving plenty of gifts, his communication was spot on via what app. They have really utilised all the space and have designed the apartment to a very high standard.
Due to the location and history of the building it has no lift, though this wasnt an issue for us. They have it well lighted and clean with an aesthetically pleasing chair on each level. (Split-level stairs). The host will help with luggage if required.

The location is fantastic!!! The beautifully decorated apartment with the hot tub is just magical. It was clean and had more amenities than expected. The host was outstanding with detailed information.
It can be noisy but there are free ear plugs provided a really appreciated bonus!

Perfect location! Steps away from the Diocletian's Palace, right next to the Iron Gate. Food options everywhere. Sauna and jacuzzi were a nice feature for the end of day after a lot of walking around the city. Host was super helpful with information, directions, tips, etc.
Apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

The hot tub is great especially after sightseeing all day. The extra touches left for you to find are really nice and the WiFi works well. The furnishings and style of the whole apartment are a clever combination of ancient and modern. Very comfy bed and walk in shower.

The apartment has everything you need and amenities you don’t know you need. You can tell the owner has great taste and put a lot of thought into it. The hot tub is a huge plus. The host also made his best effort to accommodate my needs which is much appreciated. Will look no elsewhere the next time I’m back to Split.

This was such a cool place to stay in. The location was excellent and super central! The hosts were so nice and left us wine, fruit and local candies. Would definitely stay again!

An amazing apartment with every amenity you could need - fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom - right down to a washing machine and an iron. The linen in the bathroom was super and the hair straightner alongside the hair drier was an added bonus. The sheltered terrace was fabulous for chilling and taking in the atmosphere of the restaurant below. The jacuzzi was a lovely treat and the vino to go with it was just fabulous! Having stayed in a hotel a 12 minute drive outside of the centre, I fell in love with this central location immediately. In fact it was probably one of my favourite things about this accommodation - being in the heart of it all. The piece of history that comes with the apartment is truly unique to any accommodation I've ever stayed before. The location means that you can hear alot from the restaurant below, including some deliveries in the early AM but the owner thoughtfully provides a stash of earplugs for this reason and it isn't the worst. Air conditioning in every room was excellent. The one overcast day that we had was not a problem as there were umbrellas provided too. Josep gave great detail by whatsapp for checking in and allowed us to have a late check out for an additional fee as out flight was not until 10pm. Would recommend for sure!
Mattress was quite soft and one or two slats underneath were broken. Im not a fan of high pillows.

Apartment was excellent, hot tub and sauna was lovely to have in apartment. Location was excellent and communication with host was excellent. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.
