Mold in the second room was not disclosed by the landlord and it was obviously present with the room being "damp" from a leak in the apartment above. It appeared to have been previously repaired but the source not fixed. Was unable to use the room on the last night after we found the issue.

Not enough wardrobe space for travellers staying more than a few days. Parking space very restrictive. Lift out of order twice, despite not being part of load shedding.

The location was excellent, situated right in town. it was clean and secure, with undercover parking onsite. It was convenient having a washing machine in the kitchen. Comfortable lounge area.
It was more compact than the photos showed. The bathrooms were tiny and the one basin dripped quite badly, causing the carpet in the bedroom to get wet. There were no toiletries in the shower. There was no way to block the light coming into the bedroom from the bathroom window.

Very well located in the heart of Stellenbosch with restaurants and shops all within walking distance.
There is a single secure parking bay. It is a tight fit to get into.

Beautifully renovated, clean, lovely gesture to leave us milk in the fridge. Coffee machine excellent, washing machine a big bonus. Housekeeper/cleaner excellent and very friendly. Aircon in each room also bonus
Curtains in larger bedroom do not close nicely, leaving view into bathroom. Pully system completely demolished and disfunctional, ropes lying on the floor
Magnetic strip of shower in same bathroom flapping around, not fitted properly, making th bathroom flooded after a shower

Beautiful furnishings
The horrible owner who has NO IDEA about customer care! He is not only condescending, but extremely rude. If they just replaced him with someone else who is trained on how to deal with paying customers, it would be good for the entire organisation. We felt so unwelcome and so harassed, could not wait to leave!
