Incredible property next to a local food market and Café. Super easy access to everything. Gorgeous!

We enjoyed everything. We only wish check in time had been at 11am. Check was at 2pm.

The location was beautiful with views of Lake Como from the bedrooms and balcony. The house was spotless. The owners were really friendly and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and cozy with all facilities needed. And the host is wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. The private beach was 2km away from the apartment, but is absolutely worth visiting. Such a lovely place!

Cinzia makes a very warm welcome. She looks at every detail and makes you feel at home. It’s a very lovely place to spend a relaxed and quiet vacation. We stayed at Castagna 3 and found it very comfortable and spacious for two. Upstairs 2 rooms with an amazing view to the lake, down a lovely living room and kitchen with a Balcony looking at the lake and the mountains. The garden is so nice it’s worth a visit.

The Host is very friendly and helpful. They own an amazing farm also with beautiful view, trees and vegetables. Very nice details inside the house as fresh flowers, eggs, lemons harvested from the farm and also coffee, biscuits and fresh water .

Without question absolutely the most well-appointed apartment we have ever seen in traveling around the world to more than 35 countries many of them multiple times. This place had the most gracious hosts Cinzia and her husband Alberto. The two level apartment was fabulous! It had every conceivable amenity including a large bathtub, heated towel rack, beautifully organized spots for all bathroom amenities, a fully stocked kitchen with stove it even had candlesticks, and a drawer filled with all sorts of chargers for the outlets, and it was so beautifully done. We were absolutely amazed at how well organized every aspect of the apartment was - beautiful table wonderful comfortable beautiful L-shaped couch, gorgeous views, with a lovely little balcony. The upstairs where the two bedrooms are had beautiful windows with incredible views, comfy beds, lovely pillows. And even though the bathroom was not on the same level as the bedrooms the stairs were easy to go down because they were shallow despite not having a banister. Everything was beautifully done - so well appointed and I can’t stress that enough. Cinzia even left us three beautiful eggs from their biologic farm. She told us how special their hands were and we made the eggs and we agree. One was pal gray one was beige and the other shell was pale pink. Just such a treat for us. She also left dry snacks like crackers and a long large package of chocolate chip cookies and various prepackaged marmalade individual portions. There is a little bar right outside the apartment where we had snacks the previous evening. And there is a tiny grocery store right next to the bar so everything is very convenient. This place is best for people who really want to relax and take it slow and enjoy peace and quiet with stunning views and you want to just spend time relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and we’re sorry that we only got to be there one night. We will definitely return when going back to the Lake Como area.

It was wonderful! The only thing I would say is that for people who have difficulty walking or use the restroom a lot at night should know that the restroom is on the level where you enter and the bedrooms are up a flight of about 15 stairs without a banister but the steps are shallow and even though I had an ankle brace I was able to navigate them without any issue.

Host was nice and kind. We get great recommendations where to go or eat pizza for dinner. Lake is maybe 7minutes walking distance from home. Nice path down.

This place screams authentic Italian experience and we loved it! It made me feel like I was living in Italy! I love the style and it was very clean. We had my 2 year old son and Cinzia was very friendly to us. She was very responsive on whats app with me as our Italian was not great, but she was able to tell us everything we needed to know on whats app. This place is decorated like something you would see out of a movie and is the cutest! It had tons of antique type items and it felt lived in, not so much a staged ritzy hotel and that is what we always go for. I would highly recommend staying here if you want an authentic Italian experience. They have a garden that is about 2km away from the hotel and it is beautiful, I could just live there!

Everything was great, there really is not anything negative to say. It was not in the Bellagio or by any huge towns, but it was quiet and felt peaceful!
