Nothing! Badly mis-represented on Booking.com website ; no air conditioning in bedrooms and no WIFI either - only available in ‘public’ areas. But the piece de resistance was to discover from another resident also trying to ‘arrive’ that there were problems with the water supply. No staff on site, communication by text only - mine has still never arrived - and yet, of course, money taken from my account before I arrived. DREADFUL and I’m still waiting for a re-fund?

Large space, great faculties with everything supplied you could ever need, pool and spa were incredibly luxurious and the views of the mountains were second to none.
There was a crack in the bathroom and toilet windows which allowed bugs including ticks to gain entry to the ceiling in the toilet and bathroom, I had to pick a large tick off of my friend and eventually we found the source so just be wary of those little buggers when venturing around the retreat luckily bug spray was supplied in the apartment and they were quickly dealt with.

The view was amazing
my partner recommended we stay here after her last time but we were greatly disappointed but the air conditioning.. since her last stay they have automated the temp you can’t choose.. and it’s a button on the wall.. I had to wake up and start it again twice.. how’s that a holiday.. really annoying

Scenery (outside the room) was nice. Bed was very comfortable. good kitchen supplies - not that we used them
The MASSIVE communications tower that oversees the entrance and communal areas.(head headache from the time i arrived until I departed) The noise outside our room that was like a plumbing issue (chatter) the shower head also very noisy. No privacy for rooms & seems like you intrude the larger accommodation unit when using communal areas.

Directions to finding the place and checking in instructions were woeful, didn't receive SMS as stated until requested. Website wasn't a great help. Sound from other guests was quite noticeable from inside rooms, even though they weren't rowdy. Also guests are requested to park in dedicated bays sssigned to rooms but bays were not marked. Being greeted by a cockroach 🪳 on the kitchen bench wasn't a highlight of our stay either.

The place was quite away from the city the other quest kept to themselves. The surrounding outside was beautiful and peaceful. The view was perfect. The neighbours had been blocked out by amazing trees. The bush turkeys were delightful to watch
The bed was a bit hard for my liking. I think the smoke alarms were in the wrong place, I had to be careful when I cooked my bacon and eggs and had to have the door and windows opened. The blind in the room let to much light in

The unit was clean and orderly, but charmless, being set up as a conference venue. The living room was dominated by white-board and conference desks; no dining chairs provided for the dining table; the unit offered an uninviting view of a communications tower and the car park. It was below my expectation given the cost and the website description of the venue. I cannot comment on the staff, as I met no-one who identified themselves as staff.

Very little. No power point in bathroom, or shelf, or hooks to hang clothes while showering. Bathroom was through shared room. Thus were obliged to go fully clothed, then nowhere to hang clothes. Could not use electric toothbrush, or razor, or hairdryer in bathroom as there was no PowerPoint.
The facility was not advertised as being shared. We were under the clear impression that we had exclusive access to facilities which were in actual fact shared with multiple other parties. Whether this was the fault of ownership - or Booking.Com, we are unable to comment. We were just disappointed...

There was no staff. EG: The spa worked spasmodically and nobody to ask about it. Check in and out was mechanical, and not well explained.

Poor instructions on how to get there, other travellers I met during my stay felt the same. Very early checkout time.

Share house- that also surprised the other guests staying there. Pantry room tiny and suitable for kids only. Poor service. Didn't receive checking details until after further contact.
