The location was incredible. You are just steps away from a supermarket, from Praetoria Gate and from the main piazza. Also, if you arrive by car, the parking lot is also really close. Vittorio was extremely welcome and helpful.
Nothing, but I guess it could be helpful to have a second air conditioner inside the bedroom for the very hot days (or nights) in summer.
