Location is fantastic and the apartment was well equipped and very clean. It was also quite spacious which was ideal travelling with two children. And, although a basement flat, it felt light.

It was a little noisy in the master bedroom as you can hear flushing water from the apartments upstairs. We also struggled to turn the heating down as it was quite warm overnight. However, the owner was very attentive and came over to remedy this.

Fabulously equipped with top quality fixtures and fittings, furniture and kitchenware. Nice size, amazing welcome hamper. Nice walk to the city centre, on street parking outside for an extra fee.

The property was in a great location, it was immaculately clean and well equipped. The welcome gifts were totally unexpected and amazing!

The only downside was there was a lack of drawer storage in the bedroom which meant we left most things in our cases on the bedroom floor. There was a double wardrobe although only one door could be opened without moving the bedside cabinet each time.

The property was very chic,clean, modern, and very close to Bath Centre loved the little touches.

Location, everything was within walking distance.

We really appreciated how friendly and accessible Karina, the host, was. We also appreciated the hamper of yummy foods that had been kindly left. The location was lovely. Mainly residential but excellently close to the city centre and very easy to park thankfully. The kitchen is well stocked and the milk and butter in the fridge were greatly appreciated. I can tell care and thought are put into the apartments.

Unfortunately, the bath was quite filthy when we arrived and we had to clean it ourselves. It also wasn't advertised that we'd be on the second floor with very steep and slippery staircases. This wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't have a baby and toddler with us. I think it should be made clear this is not an appropriate place to stay for young families. I would also make it very clear that the sofa bed is atrociously uncomfortable Unfortunately and advertising it an apartment that sleeps 4 is quite misleading for this reason really. It's a very small apartment. The pictures upon booking are quite misleading as you're led to believe you'd have a courtyard/ outside space. It isn't until a day before travelling that you're allocated the apartment you've actually booked and it was disappointing for such a steep price. I reiterate this is not somewhere families should stay. The stairs are quite dangerous for anyone under the age of 5.

Location was perfect for exploring Bath the Apartment is stunning and every detail is thought out to a high standard the place smelt devine and fresh the gift basket that was left for us was fantastic everything you could think for ideal location paid parking permit got parked outside the front door. even various fans and air con unit as the property is very warm inside the place was spotlessly clean aswell no keys to remember as digital keypad entry

there was building work going on next door that we didnt know about it until we got there, so was woken up both days from 07:15-7:30 am we did pass this onto the host and passed onto house keeper to have a word, not sure if the house keeper did as they started earlier the next day , this didnt spoil the stay as we was out all day the first day exploring bath so please dont let this put you off the appartment is very hot and the bathroom was the hottest for some reason , no heating on but host had several fans and aircon around the place
