Excellent apartment with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. The owner so professional, he drove us to and from Airport for free. All recommendations!

The host (Alessandro) is great. He offered us free transfer from and to the airport (I have to mention that our flight was delayed and we arrived at 2 am, but this wasn't a problem for Alessandro who waited for us). During our stay and even before, we stayed in touch with the host who answered all our questions and offered all his help. The apartment is excellent located (10-12 minute walking away form the station and about 20 minutes away from Citta Alta also by foot). Public transport is also a way to move around in the city from the apartment (Google Maps for the route and ATB app for tickets). Some city maps can be found in the apartment. Apartment facilities: free coffee, free toiletries. The apartment is cosy and well dotated (coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, washing mashine, Alexa home 😊, own heating system so there is no problem with the inside temperature and hot water). Basically I can only confirm all the other good reviews about Casa Sofia, first of all Alessandro is a one hell of a host - such a warm welcoming and good-hearted man. Picked me up at the airport and also offered a ride when leaving. Provided with all the necessary info and gave an insight about best places around the town. Could not forget to mention that he also speaks almost perfectly english, which is not a common thing for italians, let's be honest. Property itself is exactly as described, everything was provided for proper living - cofee, tea, kitchen utensils, shower equipment, two air fans for warmer days etc. Location was perfect for me - 10 minutes walk to central train/bus station, 20 minutes walk to Cableway to Citta Alta Bergamo. Also there is a bunch of places to eat around the property. I have absolutely nothing to be upset about, that's why it's a well deserved 10/10 from me, see you next time, Alessandro! 🍷💚🤍❤️

Very friendly Owner. Helpfully and contact fully. He pick up us from/to airport for free. Apartment located near shops and restaurants. Close tram and buses. All perfect . If we visit Bergamo we take it too.

The apartment was clean and great. The host made an extra effort to help us with everything needed. He took us to a hospital because my son was poorly.

Airport transfer was a huge bonus. Staff were very helpful. Good location for airport.

There is no AC, we were a family of 4, there was only one fan which the children used. It was very warm...a 2nd fan would have been better.

I really liked the host. Sandro is really people person. the apartment is in old Italian building with high ceiling on a third floor. the apartment is really warm, and boiler is not small :)

I like the location of this apartment. It is near to the bus station and train station and was very good for commuting time. The apartment has heating everywhere and it is welcoming. The host (Alessandro) was great and always helped me.

Everything was great. Fully equiped apartment with comfortable bedroom and sofabed onto livingroom. Appropriate location near to central rail station. Just 10-15 minutes by foot. Good tram and bus conection to sitycentre and Cita Alta.

Everything was just great. Fully equipped apartment with excellent king-size bed in the bedroom and big box full of toys for kids in the livingroom. Located in courtyard without any street noise. Like home. Really👌

Great place ! Great location! Very clean and beutifal flat.some very tasty places to eat near the flat. Alessandro the host is a very good man. Amazing ! The best ! Came to pick us up from the airport and help us with an extra night when we needed help. All with a great attitude and lovley temper. We will sure recommend our friends and family about "Casa sofia" . Already want to come back !
