Close to rail trail so good access for cycling to town and local mtb trails.

They left us farm fresh eggs and also provided cream for the coffee. Very nice touch!
Didn’t know there was no dryer to go with the washer.

Location was great really quiet and relaxing I did book a different chalet so not sure what happened on arrival but ultimately great place great host and worth a visit

we absolutely loved this property. an amazing balcony to sit and relax whilst watching our son play on the grass and on the playground. we loved feeding the chickens and my son loved getting eggs for breakfast.

Peaceful bush setting but still close to town, cosy chalets with own BBQ and outdoor setting, comfy beds with fresh linen, plenty of storage in each bedroom, TV with Netflix, lovely hosts, great coffee just a short walk away.

Peace and quiet in the forest out of town but only a couple of minutes drive to restaurant and shops
Lovely friendly dogs on site which I really loved but some may find unnerving if not comfortable around dogs.
Rabbits on the lawn and a bush walk out the back
Kids were a little intimidated by the dogs but only because they are not used to dogs.
The welcome letter mentions they use rainwater and ask to have short showers which is great for the environment but a shame after a hard days bike racing.- very minor and I realise totally dreadful comment on my part but really cant think of anything else to complain about

Great location within easy access to walking trail, out of town and in a fairly quiet location amongst trees with rabbits and native birds.
Friendly host who delivered eggs and firewood and up for a brief chat at the end of the day.

The chalet needed a bit of Maintainence with the front back & bathroom doors..not a lot of attention to Detail with a cleaning cloth & scourer cut into a very small size rendering them almost unusable.. they are not expensive items & could be a little more generous The night before we left we had a considerable lot of ants all over the bench & sink area

The property is wonderful with some warm and playful dogs for company. Wifi is good and there is a bushwalk backdoor. Jane and Lewis were welcoming and the complimentary fresh farm eggs was a pleasant experience!!
Nothing in particular...the washing powder was empty, I am sure if asked I would have got it but we were travelling most of the day and it was too late for us to knock on the door. As a suggestion, would be good if it is checked before checkin
