Haus Reason has a great apartment for bigger groups of friends, who can all enjoy their own bathrooms and balconies. The kitchen is new and, unlike in most accommodations in this area, well-equipped, with two coffee makers, a big fridge and a dishwasher. The guests were very nice and communicated with us in advance. We especially appreciated their flexibility about our late arrival and check-in. We travelled with a small dog, which was welcomed as well. Overall, it is a nice and quiet place with great disposition for groups.

I was shocked to find out all the beds were equipped with heavy blankets stuffed with feather. Even though I found some spare thin blankets in the wardrobe, I spent my stay sick, using inhaler and antihistamines. Together with the cow skins hanging over each bed (which are visible in images, though), I wouldn't recommend the apartment to people with allergies and asthma.

Everything was clean and cozy! Great owner and his family! Parking for 2 or more cars if needed. Got drying room.

Great location near the bus stop with easy access into Kitzbühel village. The bedrooms were spacious each with their own bathroom. (A huge bonus!) Fantastic areas for the group to eat meals (we loved the spacious layout of the kitchen) and to kick back on the couches and chat. The hosts were very friendly and even left a welcome gift basket and slippers for us when we arrived. On the Downhill race day, the hosts even told us to call them if we needed a ride back from the village that evening as getting a taxi on race day is nearly impossible. We decided to walk anyway — so can confirm the walk into the race/ town is about 45 minutes.

Getting the temperature “just right” in the showers proved to be a challenge, but definitely nothing that took away from the overall experience.
