Nice host, makes you feel welcome and gives you all the information ( and gave me a coffee and croissant in the morning ). Nice communicative old villa with terrace in quiet side street. Good in hot weather. Fan. Clean bathroom and kitchen ( for self- cookers).
A bit away from the center, but good bus connections and still walking distance.

Never have I seen a more hospitable, kind and helpful host. The facilities are great, the location as well. At this price you're getting much more than what you're paying for -- with free coffee and a chocolate croissant in the morning on top of that. Hostel experiences don't get much better than that. Just incredible! ❤️

A superb hostel, in a baroque mansion located in a quiet area of the town.Veey clean, and unusually comfortable for a hostel, with a large elegant common room, large rooms, a lovely terrace and a luxury huge bathroom. The host is a very helpful and considerate gentleman who will make sure you are enjoying your stay.

Very nice staff, got plenty of recommendations and clear instructions. The room was large, clean and decorated the old-school way. It's a short walk from the center and has public transportation options around. All in all a very comfortable stay for the night.

Honestly, exceptional. Before arriving, Florentin helped organise my transfer to Serbia. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and made to feel at home. The hostel is spacious, very clean, and it has all the necessary facilities - I wish I could have stayed longer. After some bad experiences at hostels in Romania, this was the perfect way to end my trip here.

Great host, very knowledgeable about the city and history, eager to help you with anything. Free croissant and coffee/tea for breakfast, free fruits. Comfortable bed, nice atmosphere. Free locker, free towel use.

I was so happy finding in one of my favourite cities a hostel similar as vibe and facilities with the best I’ve been to in other european countries.
Great host, so helpful and polite. Had great conversation with guests and met some very interesting people.
Just a suggestion: convert a room to women only. Most cases, mixed rooms are fine but as a solo female traveller discussing the topic with other women, this is an enhancement to the experience.

Florin was a perfect host, helpful with information and ready with a morning coffee.

The owner was very helpful and kind, the facilities are on point and all around I felt very comfortable and at home. Also, the hostel is pretty close to the historic center.
I'll definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough!

loved everything. The room was an adequate size for the number of guests. The bathroom was gigantic. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed very well equipped. I never expected that a hostel could always be so clean and tidy. But the best of all was the host who couldn't be more helpful and friendly. For the price I was not expecting to find such a good hostel and I can say that so far it was the best hostel I stayed in

The host mostly - Florentin set the tone for our stay, full of information, charm, and hospitality. Could not have hoped for better.
Our (private double) room was large, plenty of storage, comfortable bed, warm. All you would hope for.
Kitchen well equipped, comfortable lounge, functional bathroom with nice hot water.
It is not a party hostel, which suited us just fine. A comfortable lounge, WiFi and Netflix - all you need at the end of a day of exploring.
Location is fine, we walked everywhere when not lugging luggage. 15 minutes into the old town, or a slightly longer walk along the lovely Bega River. Timisaura charmed our socks off!

The hostel's owner is super friendly, and he shares with you the activities and best places to visit in the city.
The internet was fast and which was perfect since I work online and have to do some work.
The house is almost a century old, so it is a nice experience by itself.
Bonus: we were traveling overland, so parking was the most challenging part, but here the host let us park inside. That was awesome!
Overall a great place to stay!

Great place to stay while visiting Timișoara for a few days. Bus 11 will drop you off from the train station next to the guesthouse. The host is very chatty and ready to give useful tips on what to visit in Romania. I was even given a shot of his homemade raki.

After travelling more than 70 countries,this hostel was true relaxation for the body and soul.
I felt like royalty in that place and Florentin was the most welcoming ,fairest and friendliest host ever.
Any guest who stays in Mosaico Alfetta is privileged.
I will enjoy nice memories from Romania because of it.
