The hotel is excellent and everything is clean. The staff is very kind. The food is for everyone's taste, there is everything. They clean the toilet every day, the rooms are warm.

The reading light above the bed has been implemented stupidly and you will always hit your head on it. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they had precisely the same issue.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were great especially hotel staff Nazmul he was very nice and polite and very attentive. He made our stay much better. Connect hotel are very lucky to have him.

Except that the location is a little far from the city center, we are satisfied with all other aspects. Very nice hotel in a calm neighborhood. Near the Kista shopping mall with restaurants and shop to buy water. There is also a metro station to the center so the connection is really great. The room was very clean and the standard was ok. The breakfast was really rich, you could find something to eat even if you are vegetarian so there were a lot of options. It would stay here again.

Very good price and close to metro station. We had very late check-in (plane arrived at 22:30), unfortunately it wasn't seamless. Breakfast was very good and tasty, we had energy for whole day of sightseeing. Room was clean and tidy.

At check-in we had an issue that my reservation was marked as done (so someone had marked it wrongly, before our arrival), fortunately it was quickly resolved. Our room was not cleaned during stay, and we know that our friend's was. Also we made the reservation together with friends and received room that hasn't had any view outside and they had received room with outside view. Queue at breakfast was really long so if You can, plan to be rather earlier than later. One thing that wasn't great in room is lack of storage place, there is one wall mounted shelf and one stand for luggage.

We stayed at that hotel for 4 nights. It presents a reasonable price/quality balance. There is a subway station nearby to reach Stockholm downtown in 15-20 minutes’ ride. There is also a shopping mall and central bus station, which makes Arlanda airport a comfortable direct access with a half an hour. The late-round-midnight check-in was smooth and problem-free. The hotel is cozy, the room is small yet contains all required stuff. There is a safe, a flat TV, a hair-drier, hangers for clothes, a comfortable table and a nice-to-sleep bed. We lacked a kettle and a mini fridge. The room cleaning was done daily. The breakfast was diverse and yummy: yogurts, boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages, some meat and cheese plates, fresh baked bread and crisp bread, fresh veggies and some fruit (melon, pine-apple, oranges, apples), flakes, milk, instant coffee / tea. There is gym in the hotel, Wi-Fi works fine, a smoking area is outside. We do recommend that nice place to stay! And we would return here again ourselves

There was not a kettle and a mini fridge in the room but it is not a problem at all.

On my stay in connect hotel i really love it very clean, fantastic staff, good price and the location'. I recommend to any one.
