We loved the balcony with the additional private veranda, great for sunbathing and amazing views of the lake. The villa is in a great location if you don't mind a short trip out of the main town centre. We did this by both walking and by bike. There is a bike rental store, just across the street. The swimming pool is not huge, but adequate for a quick swim and there were not a lot of other residents to have to share it with at the time. There is a lovely lakeside walk right behind the villa with a very nice restaurant called Silk about a 5 minute walk along. There is a mini supermarket in walking distance and full supermarket a little further out (maybe 10-15mins on foot). The kitchenette had all you need to cook, serve and clean, including a dishwasher (much appreciated). There were TV's but we didn't use them. There's a large garage under the villa which we were able to use to store bikes and our luggage on the last day while we were out. There was reliable wi-fi, the bathroom was nice, the sofa appeared to be a camp bed but we didn't use it. Everything was great!

The apartments were really spacious and clean and styled very nicely. The pool was really nice as well. The location was great for us as it is just outside the main part of Sirmione so it's nice and quiet but close enough to get in. There's some nice shops and restaurants nearby. Rosa the host was extremely helpful and accommodating as well.

A really lovely modern unit: very nicely furnished. And well equipped with a nice kitchen area. Thanks for the bottle of wine. Lovely outdoor seating area for breakfast. And free parking. A nice pool area as well. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. We loved the extravagant lights in the bedroom!

The cleaning fee of 70 euros for one day I think is too high. And at 9.55 we got a knock on the door to tell us to leave at 10. We were packed as we knew the check out time but maybe it was an issue of mis translation - it just felt a bit sharp. A shame as it’s a great place to stay (close to places to eat and a supermarket) and the staff are nice.

The location was fabulous, right on the lake. Very comfortable Pool looked lovely although we didn’t use it.

Being told the apartment had a washing machine was a bit misleading as it is a building machine in the basement for every guest to use. The room it was in was very wet and a slipping hazard. Plus you had to pay to use it and pay to use the dryer. The shower was tiny in a big bathroom. Very difficult to move around in.

I love everything in Villa, just no chance to use the pool (still too cold) Very new, clean, full equipped, comfy, nice view & not too far from the attraction places, can walk along the coast. Thanks for the bottle of wine :) Hope to be back again in summer time.

Underground garage is spacious itself, but the entrance (lower gate) is quite difficult - it is impossible to put inside car longer than 5m - check it by foot before trying!

Several light bulbs was out of order or missing. Very poor information at arrival, while the host representative was only speaking italian. It took almost 24 hours to get rid of the strong smell of detergent or insecticides.

The location was very good. The apartment was right in front of the lake with a lovely path right by the lake. Parking was available at all time. Quite area. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Neat and spacious apartment. Parking facilities easy to access from street and from house. There are only about 6 or 8 units sharing the common facilities, so it feels quite private. Nice pool, well maintained and the water temperature is perfect. Easy access to highway towards Milano or Venice.

The lake shore nearby is not very inviting for a swim, but it’s nice for a walk.

Rosa and the staff have been more then helpful before and during the stay. The location, room and surrounding exdeed our expectations.

Very good location per my taste, lake could be seen from terrace, quiet, but in the meantime close to main facilities - supermarket, small park and etc. Inside big, new, clean, bright, very nice. Host was helpful and responsive. All needed provided. Thanks.

Very clean and modern flat. Has all needed facilities like fridge, frezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and cutlery and plates. Has direct stunning view of the lake.

Views were stunning. Right on the lake and easy to reach with a short walk. Balcony and sunbathing terrace were great. Interior was lovely. Kitchen was very well equipped and to a high spec.

It was a good way out from Sirmione centre but lots of places to eat nearby. Sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sit on but choice of many other seats.

Spacious and modern apartment. Floor-heating was very confortable.

The carage (carpage unit and launry) was very untidy and unpleasant. Glas wineglasses would be appreciated.
