Restaurant lovely, as was spa.
Location good and the concept of one stop shop was great - the blend of hotel and chalet.
Chalet not as clean as it could have been
Beds not that comfortable
Lots of the staff in the spa had heavy colds, and massaged with them blowing their noses every 5 minutes. I came back with coronavirus!

Breakfast was supposed to be provided, as clearly stated in the confirmation email, but it was NOT. Hence they should reimburse me!
No mini bar, no room service, no water in the room, no breakfast, etc… not really 5 star. The price was 5 star though.
