Great location. Spectacular view of the lake. Spacious apartment.
Arrived to a full bin, quite dusty and carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed..hand held vacuum supplied the main head didn't work. Machine stank! Needs a good clean. Wasn't filthy but lots missed.
Bed needs a new mattress. Big dip in middle. Kept rolling in. Shame as beautiful apartment.

We were disappointed to show up to collect the keys for our room to find out we were staying at a different address/location then described online and our room was completely different to all of the online images.

Great location cafes, restaurants and taverns at your door step, the best indian restaurant couple doors away
Pub located downstairs could here bass from band coming through floor until midnight fri and sat nights

well and appointed with plenty of options for restaurants
instructions for underground parking needs to be clearer took awhile to find after asking for help after driving for 6 hrs and arriving after 7pm not what you really wanted parking not designed for bigger vehicle’s.

The location is the best
I am used to staying in Canberra accommodation all the time. This time I was disappointed with the cleanliness. bathroom was dirty, dishes dirty, glasses dirty. disgusting. There was also another thing that I didn't like a lot. I received the envelope with only 1 key. And they said there were 2 keys. But I was alone and I'm 100% sure there was only 1 key. I was charged $130 more for this. The excuse they used was that when I got the envelope from the safe I signed it. Next time I will read, and I will take a photo to confirm, because I only received 1 key

Spectacular View of Lake and spaciousness.
Noise from restaurants below in evenings but OK if you are inside.
Dusty, TV worked sporadically & goes off black after 5-6mins, Taps noisy unless fully opened with consequent water waste. Car park smelly.

The position is fabulous - right in the middle of the harbour-front. It’s a nice, clean, well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace. Very good place. Nice people in the office.
There are two main issues. For the apartment itself it’s very, very noisy. The flip side of the position is that it’s right above the restaurants and bars are there is a lot of noise. More generally I found the way this was advertised on Booking.com annoying. The pictures you generally look at are NOT the apartment you rent - they are the complex and the nicest apartment. You need to click on the apartment as if it was a room to see the pictures of the one you will actually get. Once you understand this makes some sense but it’s misleading on its face.
