Located in Stoliv, a village in the municipality of Kotor. The apartment is right by the water front of the bay and the view is absolutely spectacular. It is quiet, peaceful, and has adjacent parking. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished, it’s spacious and pampering. Has everything needed including a fully accessorized kitchen, big indulging shower, a washing machine, great wi-fi, very comfortable bed and furniture and the best view of the waterfront from the terrace. German is a perfect host, very professional, gracious, friendly, highly communicative in English and was available for us throughout our stay, assisting with every question we had and attended to everything needed. The apartment has a water pier right in front of it with deck chairs and access to the clear water. There is a small grocery store 100 meters from the apartment offering basic products to enable cooking a meal, it’s open Mon-Sat from 7am to 9pm. There are 2 restaurants a few minutes walking distance, one is “Ruma” and the other is “Konoba Furesti” both offering good local cuisine. The apartment is 20 minutes drive by car from Kotor, 15 minutes from Tivat, 35 minutes from Perast and 10 minutes from the ferry. We had a wonderful week here and hope we have the opportunity to return. Thank you German for your hospitality.

We had booked the top floor which has washing machine and oven Owner tried to put us in a different unit. Make sure you get the unit you reserved The linen on the sofa bed was far too small single sheet on double bed not hygienic.

We loved the spectacular view from the balcony.
