It's a nice little room that looks exactly how it's depicted on the photos. There is a small recommendations card on a table that has some good restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast is okay, apart from the staff's inclination on making an omelette in the microwave.
The town doesn't look that interesting although locals we met and the restaurants recommended were indeed superb.

Wonderful breakfast with nice attentive hosts. Great place to stay if you are walking the Via Francigena through Abbadia San Salvatore.

The place is very nice..but it is air b&b..and no one waz to help. Just code to get in. I tink it should be writen before making rezervation.

Road trip from Rome to Pisa, this was a great overnight spot with late check-in option and fantastic public parking area in-front of property. The place was fully booked but all guests were respectful and quiet in the common areas. The ladies at breakfast were very friendly! Also very impressed with the communication received via Whatsapp, advising of check-in protocol as well as dinner options.
Unfortunately, I have a bad dust allergy and did suffer overnight. Breakfast is light but “normal” for a local Italian establishment. Sound proofing is non-existent. Water pressure in shower made it difficult to wash hair.

Everything OK , breakfast was amazing. the lady helping us during breakfast was really kind. The "crostata" with more marmalade was like homemade and the ricciolina cake top!!!

The room was spacious and really clean and it was designed with a lot of detail. Also, it seemed to have been renovated recently. The host was very friendly and communication was easy in English, which isn’t self-explanatory in the smaller cities. The breakfast room with a coffee machine etc. was available at any time. Really nice atmosphere with calm piano music (although it maybe should be turned off during nighttime :)). There is a small parking lot located nearby.
The apartment is located close to a „busy“ intersection, where the teenagers seem to hang out on weekends. So our room was a bit noisy, the other rooms seemed to be located to the back of the building, though.
