I had the opportunities to discover right away all the type of insects, from cockrouch to bedbugs to ticks in my room.

The stuff tried to scam me, when I complained about the insects they changed my room but it was worst than before. Then when I left he wanted the copy of the email with the pin number so it could cancel the reservation. I have screenshots of the whatsapp conversation.

Wooden room they have is truly exceptional and it has a balcony as well which is +1. From cleanliness and facilities to room service everything is amazing. Will definitely visit again!
