Great location, great host, super clean and comfy, everything you need and complimentary treats from the host. The apartment has nice design on top!
Would have helped extra towels and pillows as they were too soft for my liking. The terrace downstairs is a bit loud until 11 pm but gives a holiday atmosphere.

The apartment was perfect size for 4 of us, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balconies. The location was perfect, above a little courtyard/plaza in the older part of town. We had great views of the courtyard and restaurant where a very good musician, hired by the restaurant entertained. The apartment was close walking distance to the main shopping area with lots of restaurants. The welcome bottle of wine was really nice!
My 90 year old father did not appreciate the walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor apartment, but was fine for the rest of us.

This is a amazing apartment,the view is perfect,the heater is warm ,the shower is good,the rooms are clean and comfortable.everything is fantastic we all love this apartment!

Large apartment for a family of 5. Great location with an amazing view of the Arc.
There was a bad smell in one of the bathrooms. Also old, dusty smell in the entrance and stairwell. Needs a thorough clean.

Perfect 2BR/2BA apartment in Coimbra. Apartment was very large and well equipped, with everything being very new and clean. Location is perfect. Although parking is not on site, it is just a short 10 minute easy walk to an underground garage at the market. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Location close to all sights but may involve some steep uphill walking and steps. Taxi cannot get all way to apartment so have to walk a short distance.

The location of the property is right in the city center. It was very comfortable
while the location is great, it is difficult to get to due to the lack of transportation access. Also, no elevator.

Everything! My only regret is that I only reserved it for one night. I should've reserved there longer. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Coimbra.
Because of the location, we had to drag our luggage bags for about 300 m on the cobbleston streets after parking our car at a public parking.

Right in the centre of Coimbra, an easy walk to all the main sights, restaurants etc. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (especially Rita)

Overall we enjoyed it BUT the location was not described adequately. The local host was very helpful in finding it - and we did need help.
Be advised that this place is in the historical district - which means you cannot drive to it. We had to struggle a bit to find it. You can only walk, and there is a small hill and all on cobblestones. In addition, you will be at least one floor up - we were four floors up - so depending on baggage and your walking and stairs ability, this might not be the place for you.
The front rooms - one with two twin beds, one with a sofa bed - have a lovely little view out to the courtyard, and it is evocative of earlier times. People come and go at all hours - mostly during the day of course - and the sound reverberates around the stone buildings, so depending on your toleration of noise could be a problem. There is a school nearby and children come through fairly often. It was pretty noisy one afternoon when we were there, but at night it was quiet enough to sleep.
The showers badly need mats because the floors are very slippery!
