Staff very friendly
unfortunately the hotel is really dirty.
I personally assisted to the cleaning of the room. They do not use vacuum cleaners (so the carpets remain very dirty and full of dust).
They clean the floor with an old dirty rag without ever putting clean water.
They don't even use detergents and disinfectants for the bathroom. Just old water.
Time for claning 40 sq,meters: 2,5 minuts
Very terrible and unacceptable.
From the attached photo you can see the result of a white towel that I passed over the floor after it had been cleaned. It is totally black and full of dirt
Parking: few places not always available and the system works very COMPLICATED!!

My favorite place in Belgrade. After staying here 4th time, it became my home by now. Love everything about this hotel. Not even sure what attracts me most - highest ceilings, high windows that you can actually open, super quiet back yard while in the very center of the city, amazing staff with warmest Serbian hospitality- probably all of the above. Definitely recommend and definitely be back.

junior suite has very small bathroom and a small shower. when shower is used water goes everywhere. empty fruit bowls in the room. no view. limited breakfast selection.

We were traveling with the family and dog and were surprised by the way we were met at the reception! Dog has got special treatment and was happy about it! :-)
Overall, only positive feedback after staying: well organized and comfortable rooms, good location, friendly and professional team, good breakfast!

Large size room, high ceilings, great king bed, robes, slippers, air purifier and coffee maker in the room. Beautiful hotel, open staircase, restaurant on site with outside seating. Central location. Awesome staff.

It was the great experience staying in Zepter. Staff were super kind. We arrived before the check-in time, the room we booked was not ready. Due to our condition (My husband had surgery a few days before), We were upgraded without any charge. So my husband could have a good rest. Also the location is great, the front entrance was not big, but you would be surprised about the inside. The apt is spacious, it has water dispenser, air purifier. Anyway, it's the best among 4 places I stayed in Belgrade😊
